My son loves the phone. He is steady currently utilizing the phone 2 years later.

Not as expected but would alright. Bestbuy could do better description before hand. Could be better with a little cleaning.

After reading the other reviews of this refurbished Galaxy S10, I was very skeptical of if it would be worth it. I ended up testing my luck and was shipped a unit in basically new condition and was fully unlocked for all carriers (as described). Have been using it for half a month now and it works perfectly without issues.

it's satisfying to shop at Best Buy. especially when it comes to appliances. They offer a good service and when it comes to returns they do it without many questions.

It's a nice upgrade but has a learning curve if you're upgrading from the S9 or S8.

Shipping was fast and the phone is like new and easy to switch

It was preowned but i couldnt tell. Its really nice and has a lot of new features. The only issue is that the screen covers the side so it constantly reacts. Which is the worst when youre trying to type. And the back cracked the first day...i was so excited about it being water and crack resistant. my galaxy s6 active was the same but i havent found another like it. I'd still be using it if it wasnt "outdated" as my new service providers said.

First time buying a refurbished phone & I would definitely do it again. No problems whatsoever.

We needed a cell phone with the equivalent user interface to my and our daughter's S9, so that we could support my wife's usage. Her former phone was a Moto, that had a quirky user interface that we couldn't help her out with. The S10 fit that bill completely. Also, it has a real headphone jack (not bluetooth only), and supports a micro SD card, which many current generation cells do not.

I thought i was upgrading from my iphone7 to a good android phone. I will definitely go back to iPhone when i can. This phone crashes, gets burning hot for no reason, battery dies really quickly. There are so many glitches it makes my life so much harder when i desperately need it to help me instead of more stressed. I don't recommend.

Had galaxy 8 for a very long time..i am happy with samsung and its support features..i may gt the galaxy 10 plus eventually..cannot wait to use the cameta features especially slowmow and hyperlapse..i will attach to a gimble and tripod
