Both were defective, overheating to the point of concern, and sporadically dropping calls, and not receiving SMS texts. We ended up returning these and getting brand new phones instead.

It is in like new condition as described. We have had some issues getting Webroot set up on the phone, otherwise it has been functioning fine.
