    The add said UNLOCKED CELL PHONE it was not unlocked I went to a web site to unlock it because it was a Christmas gift I had it to long to return it. It cost me an extra 49 dollars to go from att to tmobile.

    This is a 4G phone. Ive been using another 5G phone also and u can really tell the difference overall. I will probably return it for a 5G phone.Slow.

    I love the Samsung S10+ preowned phone. The phone was in excellent condition and works perfectly. I would definitely purchase another used phone from Best Buy.

    Bought this for my 14 year old son. He had an used note 9 before. This pre owned s10 plus works great. He has no complaints. Feels much lighter than the note 9.
