The phone came a day early. The phone is in great condition. I love it and shopping online with bestbuy was actually a great experience. No major stratched or blemishes. It looks brand new to me.

Really like this model. Large screen, great camera and fast processor. This is Samsung's last model to have an expandable SD memory slot.

This phone is a great upgrade from iphone and it was fairly cheap. I love how many features it has and it feel like a mini computer at time which is great. When ths package arrived it had mud on it though and when I opened it, the box was crushed on one side. Thw screen has a crack on it. Im not sure if thats because it was pre owned or what. But hopefully I can get another one.

The phone is in excellent condition. I was worried about battery life, but that hasnt been an issue. The phone also charges quickly and the port is fine too. The operating system is quick. The camera works well and the phone is cosmetically wonderful.

Bought phone from best buy because Verizon wanted too much. Had the phone for about a week. Phone was displayed s20 but the phone take a case for S20 Fe. Picture quality is nice. At first phone kept saying needed updating every 10 mins. After about two days i was good. The only disappointment so far is the phone takes wireless ear buds. I didnt realize so i rated a 3star. Other than that, as of now, i havent had any problems. Phone is in good shape. No scratches or dent.

Galaxy 20 plus just purchased it and it is more than i thought it would be. Its pre owned but you could never tell. No scratches. Charges right up! Very happy

Previous phone S10, it was great and battery life outstanding. This S20 battery drains faster, fast charge cable takes longer and more difficult to turn off by pressing 2 buttons at same time. It has a little larger screen. For the price, its not so bad.

The phone WAS working great, however 30 days in, the ring volume would not work. Took it into Best Buy, the tech worked on it, told us we need to take it into one of those places that works on phones because "we don't service samsung here". Needless to say it was past the return date by about 15 days so now stuck with a phone that does not ring and no help unless we pay out of pocket even though there is a 90 day parts and labor warranty....
