4 star because Sometimes it gets hot, and when I listen to audios there is a small light on the screen, not if it is normal but it only appears when I listen to audios from WhatsApp or messengers but the cell phone at first glance looks like new

So far the phone is doing fine even though the box was smashed at one end. I gave three stars because the shipping package was a bubble wrap manilla flimzy folder. Also, there was not enough information advertised about this phone and I assumed that it would have a SD card slot for extra space for downloads just like my wife's Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. There were not any "User Guide" or information sheet that came with it. Photos attached.

Good deal. Phone works great. I bought it to have on hand in case one of us breaks our phone. My son's phone was Getting old so now he's using it as an upgrade. I ordered another to have on hand in case anyone in the family needs a repacement.

All scratched up … an area of the screen was cracked

This is not a review about the workings or functions or the phone. Or the phone itself. I had to order the same phone 4 times. I need an unlocked phone, but BestBuy keeps sending me a locked phone. 0 stars to however deals with the phones. I could excuse the 1st or 2nd time but 4 is ridiculous. i still don't have an unlocked phone.

I bought my phone online and it was so easy and is exactly what was advertised. It was shipped quick and I received it within the advertised delivery date. I love my new phone and will definitely recommend Best buy to all my family and friends. Thank you Best Buy!

This good product, but it's a little feel hot on the mobile back.

I bought this for my wife and kept it for myself. It is amazing and has great quality photos and much faster than my old phone.

Works perfectly. The battery could be a bit stronger. Turning off location helps. No scratches or chips

This phone may be terrific But how will I ever know since it came to me LOCKED to AT&T. I have now spent 4.5 hours on the phone getting bounced from dept. to dept. all just transferring me. After 1 2 hour on hold session the guy listens to my issue and then disconnects me. What a HORRIBLE time consuming ordeal. I wouldn't buy a phone from Best But EVER!
