This is my first ever expensive smart phone and I was so impressed. It has a great camera, sound is excellent (And Loud) . Phone isn't super slow like cheaper ones and never drops my calls . The phone itself is durable I've dropped it so many times and it's been perfectly fine, No cracks or anything . The phone has enough space for me to have everything I want on it .

This is the first actual expensive phone I've owned and I was quite impressed with the speed and capabilities of such a nice phone . Although the battery wasn't as great on a pre-owned phone , It still works great . The phone has such beautiful colors , it's so vibrant !. There are so many apps and features. I love being able to use Do Not Disturb yet still be able to have certain notifications alert me. I am so happy

I love my used phone. I wasn't too worried about the quality because I trust best buy and Samsung is a good brand. Once I got my phone it was better than I expected. Even used it's still a great phone at a great price. I will buy used from BB again.

Very good for it price I got it for my mum in Africa hopefully it can work out there since it’s unlocked

Old phone old battery, it doesn't hold a charge for long , planning on replacing battery I'll probably end up paying $50 dollars more.

The phone was advertised as unlocked. When i received the phone it still said Verizon and would not accept a sim card other than Verizon. Thus, i returned the phone.
