I returned and there is $45 resticking fee.

When i open it, the phone looks like new but i notice a cracked on the screen like a spider web. I returned it to the store and made me pay for restocking fee. Why should i pay for a restocking fee, the item is damaged when it arrive?

There wasn’t any noticeable scratches or damage. I was able to get it on a great deal since I needed a phone that works on an android software and had the ability of having a decent processor.
