    I was happy that I was able to get a used unlock phone for half the price of a new one. I broke the previous one and I love the Z flip and was very satisfied with condition of the used one I purchased.

    The device was purchased unlocked, when the phone was starting being used, it sent an error message of " sorry your device cant be activated on another network rightnow". I have called best buy multiply times with no assistance and i called verison and no assistance, they telling me they cannot unlock the device.

    Not a bad phone. I like the flip design and samsung/android interface. Battery is pretty bad though. Usually last at most 8-10 hours with moderate use.
