The reader reads well, however, once you get the microsd in the reader, it is extremely difficult to remove. Was very concerned I was going to break the card in half trying to remove it.

Man they are cheap. The plastic wears out and will break off inside the port and you have to use special hardware for extraction. The Sandisk heat up in seconds and write speed hits about 150K/sec Could be the substrate quality. I see reviews on their micro sd cards indicating stellar performance and durability. Samsung seems to be good on their PR front. Maybe they have process control issues. Who knows. I hope they get their **** together. Maybe us consumers have it 'easy' :P Anyway, the innovative adapter which seems like a no-brainer kinda why i got it. Performance is there, i saw sustained write speeds in slight excess of my USB A 3.0 external hard drives. That '500GB' can be stuffed in a tiny space is 'cray'

I also like the spaces it has for pictures and movies. It's a great think to have to safe your backup files too.
