Thank you for purchasing the Samsung PRO Ultimate microSD card. The security system in your Tesla requires file system format FAT32. Yours may have been formatted to exFAT or NTFS. You would need to reformat your flash drive to FAT32 prior to using it in your Tesla's security system.
