||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to send back the first printer which was broken on the top where you put your paper to copy it. The right hinge was broken. I received the new printer and everything was okay. However the extended insurance plan I had purchased was canceled and was told I could not buy an extended insurance plan for the new printer.. I was extremely disappointed and the explanation from the representative didn't make any sense to me.
