This is my 3rd Samsung sound bar I've owned. And is by far the best I've had. I bought a new Samsung 95" QN90 TV, and my older sound bar (With Q symphony) did not seem to do it justice. So I bought this one, and I can't believe how much better it sounds. I didn't know that a soundbar could produce this type of sound—very clean, clear sound. I definitely feel fully immersed in the sound when Q Symphony is used. There's also a nice feature that increases the volume of low voices in scenes where it's hard to hear the characters. I highly recommend this setup.

I have owned this system for a little over a year now and i have absolutely zero complaints about it. The sound is amazing and super clear. The surround sound works perfectly. Put on a movie or show with dolby atmos and my god its sooo good. Before this, I had an older Vizio surround sound system and this blows it out of the water. I used to have connectivity issues with the Vizio one but im happy to report that i have not had any connectivity issues with this one in the hear that I've owned it. I couldn't be happier with this system.

I bought the QN90C TV. The next day, my Denon died after 20 years. I was so happy. I searched sound bars and was surprised at how far they had come. I would have never guessed they could replace a home receiver. I was happy this soundbar was number one last year and this year. I was going to get one for my birthday in March, but it went on sale, so I ordered one and had it delivered. It was straightforward to set up. Read the instructions. I had to adjust the rear speakers, the front top, and the side speakers. I used the phone app for this. I am replaying my Blueray and 4K disc. I watched "We Were Soldiers." it had a 5.1 sound, and bullets flew all over my living room. I turn the speakers up to 20. The vocal while watching TV is clear now. Go to YouTube and listen to the 8D music and others. It is so clean. I have a PS3 & 4 connected to the soundbar. No issues. Set your soundbar up for TV and the soundbar in the setting on the TV. This is money well spent.

I don’t know if I can put into words on how pleased I am with this unit. it pumps out a lot of base and keeps all mid, highs, and voices crystal clear with no muddiness. If you want a whole cinema at home, I recommend this product..

Great system! Really high quality build feel, speakers sound great and pair effortlessly. The SmartThings app makes it easy to tune the soundbar on the fly. Content in Dolby Atmos is just awesome. For someone who wants good sound without having to build a whole system, this option is top notch.

Actually I’m quite pleased. It really helped improve the sound quality. The sub works quite well I’ve had no problems with it. True it’s not powerful to create the ground shaking effect but it makes its presence known on explosion scenes. I’m quite happy with it.

I’m amazed with the sound of the soundbar I have it in an open space living room and we are enjoying the sound, I even got friends to come sit and see if they feel what I do. I do not give the 5 star rating because it keeps disconnecting from the smart things app, and I need to delete from the app and add it again. For me is a 4.75 stars

Awesome speaker package. Got it in a small room converted to a theater room. Big sound, booming bass, spacial feel that helps you enjoy music, tv, and movies. Use to surround sound from a Yamaha receiver with a 7.1 Klipsch speaker setup and this does the job just as well.

I had an LG top of the line sound bar system, which I though was quite good. However, when I replaced it with this one I realized I'd been missing a lot. The sound "space" that this envelops you with is outstanding. We also found the clarity of dialog was MUCH better than the high end LG system. Sound in movies using Dolby Atmos encoding is superb. You can hear the overhead sounds but they sound natural and not forced. The overall sound is very natural. The only negative, and it is quite minor, is the phone app that Samsung uses for this system is pretty barebones and doesn't offer the options that the LG one does.

This is the best soundbar I’ve ever heard. Deep powerful bass, crisp clear highs, audible talking at all times. You don’t need to do anything right out of the box. Set it up, set it to Adaptive and done.

Love this super loud and easy to set up. You won’t regret buying this at all. Went with a JBL 1300x first wasn’t satisfied and tried this and this by far is SO much better without even trying.

Great sound and easy to set-up. If you have a Samsung TV, you can connect the soundbar via Anynet+ and control everything with one remote. This is the second Q-series sound bar I've purchased.

I purchased a HWQ990D, brand new for half the price. The sound is perfect. The installation is extremely easy.

Used the SmartThings App, easy setup and control. Fantastic sounding system. Haven't experienced the rear speakers dropping out, seems to have been fixed from previous model year units.

Overall sound quality is good for a sound at system. By no means would I be an audiophile but the surround sound generated by the 2 satellites is sufficient for us. We use this as the system with our new UST projector. The main bar is very large, heavy and is actually sitting on 2 shelf speaker stands as the thought of mounting it to drywall and hoping it holds in a basement isn't ideal. Subwoofer is large but doesn't seem as powerful as it could be. Rear speakers are nice, I don't know if upward firing speakers add much value but the front and side firing do. Only have 2 gripes. Power cord length is obnoxiously short. 5ft or so on rear speakers means attaching to extension of some sort possibly. Secondly, it doesn't always respond to inputs. Not sure if that issue was driven by the UST or the hardware itself. But it's annoying having to power up or down to get it to go with the rest of the equipment.

Loving this system! It’s truly an immersive experience and perfect setup for my PS5 and Dolby Atmos enhanced movies. In addition, if you have a Samsung TV that’s capable, it combines with the sound bar to give you a truly immersive spatial sound via Q symphony! You’re seriously not going to find a better Soundbar system out there unless your waiting on the Nakamichi Dragon 11.4.6 which is about twice the price of this unit.
