Bottom line very happy with my purchase

Announcement of name of person calling is nice however the announcer could use some help with the pronunciation of many names. Have not tried the call blocker portion as it seems dofficult to set up. Love that 5 handsets come with this phone so we can place them all around. Recorded message light is very small and flashes does not show how many messages are recorded.Generally i think this is a good phone.

I thought I could get everything adjusted but still could not get it to sound good. If you are looking for bass for movie soundtracks, this is not the set up. Moved the subwoofer to just about every possible location in the room and could barely hear the bas unless turned up to max volume. Fast forward 2 years and a sporadic buzzing would start and last 30 sec to 2 min. This would come and go but was very annoying when trying to watch a movie. I reached out to Samsung about a resolution and was only given the option of sending it back to be repaired at my expense. Upon doing some research, this is a common problem and everyone was told the cause was the power plug was too close to other plugs or a bad HDMI cable. That was not the issue in my case. I have religiously owned Samsung products and will not purchase another thing from Samsung Going to replace it with a different brand.

Watching Band of Brothers, and Pearl Harbor with the soundbar was an incredible and realistic experience. Conversations were 300% clearer as well. No issues with installation!
