Customers admire the Q series soundbar's exceptional sound quality, encompassing the bass, Dolby Atmos, and Q Symphony features, finding it easy to set up and use. However, some users point out that the rear speakers are not wireless and that the instructions could be improved for clarity. The volume is also noted as impressively loud.

This sound bar set fails to out perform my $120 visio bar from 8 years ago. The subwoofer is worthless. Even maxed out it barely makes a sound. The front bar does have clear audio with a focus on separating voice from background noise. There's no use to the sub or rear speakers though. They're barely noticeable. If you have to have the samsung, get the base unit with just the bar. The 5.1.2 is more like 3.0.0

Hello Johnnymolson24,
Thank you for sharing your review of the HW-Q750C. Your experiences and feedback are very important to us and will be shared with our product teams.
Please know, that in addition to the available sound modes, your soundbar features a wide range of other customization options accessed with the remote.
Use the steps below to further optimize the sound to your personal preference: You can adjust the Treble and Bass by pressing the TONE CONTROL button then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the level.
By pressing the CH LEVEL button, you can adjust the volume of the available channels.
Each time you press the CH LEVEL button it will switch to a different channel such as Center, Front Top, or Rear Level. After selecting the channel you wish to adjust, use the UP/DOWN buttons on the provided Soundbar remote to adjust the volume between -6 to +6. If you would like louder (or softer) bass from your subwoofer, you can adjust the level by rocking the WOOFER button on the soundbar remote, and then adjusting the level from -6 to +6. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
With the sound mode set to Standard, press and hold the Sound Control button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band for precise audio adjustments. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons.
If you are still experiencing issues with your Subwoofer, then try doing a firmware update. You can download the firmware directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “Home Theater” > “Sound Bars”.
From there, you can select the HW-Q750C under Q Series. Download the update and install it via USB thumb stick to your soundbar. If you need additional help, there are how-to instructions on this page.
Please know that Samsung Customer Service is here to assist as well.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.
Should you ever have questions or need help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for Soundbars), available 8 AM – 12 AM EST, 7 days a week. Dolby Atmos in an Easy Package!

Dolby Atmos is becoming more and more as the common way tv and movies provide us with content, and the latest Samsung Q Series soundbar really packs a punch at a great value!
PROS:
- Unboxing and setup is really easy! The speakers have a really great look to them and I like the angled look of the side firing speakers on the main soundbar too. You can change the settings to your liking using the remote but using the Samsung smart things app is helpful as well.
- Having the eARC on this speaker is also fantastic, all you do is plug your HDMI from the eARC in your TV to the soundbar and you are good to go. Of course the eARC also helps make sure it provides the best Dolby Atmos possible as well!
- The wireless sub and rear speakers are a really nice addition to make it feel like it’s a fully surround sound system. The soundbar is obviously the driver as it provides the upward and side firing speakers, but the rear and woofer provide that deep bass and stadium feel while watching games or movies.
- The whole setup provides great sound! You can feel the sound shifting from side to side in specific scenes and its just really adds that layer of immersion when you are watching anything! Really great for gaming, movies, or sports!
CONS:
- The wired rear speakers on this set have to both be connected to a box and they do not have upward firing (Dolby atmos) speakers on them. Samsung provides this in more expensive sets but I do wish the rear atmos speakers were more standard.
BOTTOM LINE:
- Soundbars are essential if you want the most out of your home tv setup and this new Samsung Q Series soundbar is a fantastic choice! It has Dolby Atmos, eARC, wireless subwoofer, and rear speakers to provide the whole package. It looks great and sounds fantastic and is a great addition to my home!

Great Surround Sound with Adaptive Experience

The Samsung – Q series 5.1.2 channel Wireless Dolby Atmos Soundbar is an upgrade for my Samsung TV that significantly enhances the overall sound quality and fills the room with more energy and vibrance than my old soundbar was ever able to do. The Wireless Dolby Atmos Soundbar can be set up wirelessly, with an HDMI cable that is included, or with an Optical that is not included. Having your Samsung TV on the Samsung Smart Things App and adding the main soundbar to that app makes installing the system a much smoother installation than without it.
I first set up the soundbar wirelessly, then using the Optical and lastly tried the HDMI eARC input to add True Dolby Atmos Sound Q-Symphony by also using the sound from the Samsung TV. All connections worked well verifying that there are many options available for setting up the primary soundbar of the system. The Soundbar is designed to work with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Enabled, HDMI (1 input and 1 output), with Optical and Digital Audio.
The Wireless Subwoofer is simply plug and play and with the wireless capabilities can be located within the room where the sound seems to be best for the room size and seating arrangement. Surround Sound comes in part from the speakers that are not totally wireless but connected using speaker wire. However, through the Link device sound can be configured to come from various apple airplay or google source and be configured to be multi-room. Being wired these two (2) small speakers are best used in the rear of the set up. Their sound is not great, but they do assist the surround sound and the Q-Symphony Adaptive Sound to create the full 440 watts.
Included in the box is the main Soundbar Unit, Soundbar Remote with Batteries, Subwoofer, Power Cord x 2 subwoofer power cords, an HDMI Cable, a Wall Mount Guide, Holder-Screws and Brackets, the Wireless Receiver link and 2 rear surround speakers with speaker cables. The Soundbar HW-Q750C works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant and has a built-in voice assistant. Samsung offers a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor.
I found that for my room, mounting the main soundbar provided a richer quality of sound than setting it flat in front of the TV on the same surface as used for the TV. There are multiple sound profile settings - adaptive, game mode, surround, and normal and each is easily controlled with the remote and each was enhanced with the soundbar mounted.
I think the rear speakers could have a little more dynamic sound and it would be nice if they were truly wireless as well. The remote is identical in size and shape to the remote for the Samsung TV and the only visible difference, if you are reaching for the remote, is that one must stop and look to see if it says soundbar on the face of it. This is just a personal adjustment that I need to make. Because of these deficiencies I would give this product a four and one-half (4 ½) stars if it was possible in this rating to give ½ stars. Otherwise, I must rate it four (4) stars. It is a significant improvement over my older soundbar, and I recommend it without a doubt especially for the price it is being sold for on sale.

Totally disappointed, I bought what It's supposed to be an excellent condition open box item, it was missing remote, both side speakers, both power cords( bar and subwoofer cords) and also the receiver, this thing still works, but is not what is supposed to be.
Loyal customer for years, but not ordering from you guys anymore, Amazon has better deals imo
