So far, I'm having no issues with the phone. It works fine, runs fine — compared to my old phone, this one opens apps much quicker, and the camera is quite clear (take that with a grain of salt, I don't use the camera much). Storage is nice, i don't notice any hiccups. Although there were some noticeable damages on the phone itself, they don't seem to inhibit use or anything. Just slap a case on it, honestly.

Make sure to check the seller when ordering. While everthing works great, I ordered in excellent conditions and got a completely scratched phone with some chips. Other than that, works great and is a good price, just not what i orfered exactly

I didn't have a good experience at all with this purchase. I recievwd the phone, wverything seemed to be working wxcept for the camera. I'm a barber so the camera is something I use a lot. Then we only get 7 days to return or replace. When I sent them a very well explained message that even i received it. It took w days to get a reply. Then again 12 hours. All while the clock is counting down. Then I told them I'd try another phone alike or better but I couldn't go without a phone. Also needed the phone to use Samsung switch to transfer phones. Well there was no comprise at all. They wanted this phone before replacing it. It is a company through Bestbuy Mrketplace. In this case you're kind of stuck dealing with the supplier. So I still have the phone. I had to purchase another phone from another source. I have now finished switching the phone over and am ready to return this other phone so I don't get stuck payingl money I should ah e to. I pray they will still take it. Well see I'll update
