This is my first folding/flip smartphone. It is also really hard to find a case for that protects it entirely. So far so good.

This is completely misleading and unacceptable. Because of this false listing, I wasted time, money, and effort—including purchasing accessories (case, screen protector) and going through unnecessary setup steps, only to later discover the phone cannot be used as advertised. This was not a minor issue; carrier lock vs unlocked is a critical buying decision. Sellers must verify and disclose accurate information. I would not recommend this seller to anyone looking for a genuine unlocked phone.

They should have delivery insurance or require a signature upon delivery. I do not recommend these sellers.
