Like the size, easy to hold to read documents, very thin. However, the thinness compromised battery life. It has a smaller battery than the Tab S tablet. However, I'm not a heavy tablet user and charge it about twice a week so it's not a big problem. AMOLED screen is beautiful like others have said. The processor and 3GB of RAM allows me to multitask with no problems. No overheating when using to play games (have not tried graphically intensive games) or watching 1080p video. I got this one refurbished for a great price. I think anything over $400 for this new would be a bit much. Speakers are a big let down coming from the Note 10.1 2014 which had dual firing side speakers. This tablet has only one at the bottom side of the tablet. The volume does not get high at all compared to the Note. Overall, it's a speedy tablet, nice screen, decent battery, easy to hold, weak speaker. Definitely more pros than cons.

Glad I purchased the refurbished Galaxy Tab S2. I had over a year with no problems. Geek Squad setup for me after I purchased item online. I would purchase again.

The best tablet. I previously had a Samsung Tab S 16 gb. This tablet worked well but I was limited by the 16 gb. I was fortunate enough to find the refurbished Samsung Tab S 2 with 64 gb. The tablet was perfect with no cosmetic imperfection. The tablet worked perfectly. The screen is bright and clear. The Tab has a flawless respond rate. No complaints.

Initially had firmware errors but the problem was solved after flashing stock firmware from Samsung. Hardware came in excellent condition and good as new.

I have used this for over 1 year and just inspired to throw this in that this is a very solid, and I mean it, product. Although outdated (since its iteration, Tab S3 is out), this product has never failed me. Of course would recommend it again and again.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The product was Geek Squad certified, yet the home button on the tablet did not function. How could they certify the tablet and not even test the home button? To make matters worse, customer service was unable to provide a replacement. My only option was to return the tablet and pay a higher price for a new tablet.

It preforms exactly as listed. No complaints. Great size. Easy on the eyes.

I recently got this product assuming that geek squad certification means something but that as soon as i turned it on it was broken. Not sure which 'Geek' was able to certify it. The display is broken and the screen flickers with lines running acrooss it. I'll raise it to thr corporate and will let you all know if they work with me to resolve it.

I bought 2 and both were defective. One had a camera that did not work and the other screen flickering. The refurbishing process is a joke. But you might be lucky and find a good one.

I needed a replacement for my Galaxy Note because there was no upgrade to the software and program upgrades were making it obsolete. I discovered the Best Buys Refurbished List. I really wanted to Galaxy Tab S2 but the new price was out of my budget. I have had my Tab2 for about two weeks now and am totally satisfied that I have bought a great product and the price was amazing.

came dirty with grease all over it. Plus it didnt even turn on. Dont waste your time. Great price if it was in new working condition. But thats a big negative
