I wanted to upgrade my old monitor with a bigger screen with a low profile, after making lot of research - I choose this model. Its big per my needs and yet has a slim profile. Doesn't take too much desk space.

I love this monitor, just wanted a 2nd hdmi port, other than that is awesome.

My old monitor was very basic and utilitarian. It died last week, and I replaced it with this Samsung monitor. I do a lot of artwork on Photoshop. I could not calibrate the colors properly no matter how many times I tried. The colors were so saturated...and I couldn’t do a thing to tone them down. The colors were too yellow, and because the calibration was impossible to accomplish properly, I couldn’t adjust the color ratios appropriately. Images that came straight off the Internet were a bit better, but there was no way I could continue working on the things I had been editing in Photoshop. I ended up having to buy a different monitor which is made by Dell, and it is light years better. My old ASUS monitor was so much better than this piece of garbage. Unfortunately I bought it a year ago so I couldn’t return it. It’s absolutely useless for me. I have two Samsung televisions. They are both decent. And the color is accurate. Samsung should get out of the monitor business
