The top rack is large enough for most of the silverware and make unloading very easy. Best Buy installation was high quality and they took my old unit away, quick and easy.

The third rack and adjustable upper shelf is a nice feature. No heated dry, so it doesn't dry plastics as well, but that isn't a feature we typically use anyway. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the flip up prongs on the bottom shelf are a little flimsy/cheap. They constantly fall over when loading, no matter how careful we are. I find myself constantly having to flip them back up when loading plates and bowls on the bottom shelf. Not a dealbreaker, but very annoying for a higher end dishwasher.
