Good olug to use with any voice assistant. Quick to reapond, easy set up

These track energy use as well as control power to a device. I use two of these for my sound system that is very power-hungry even when it sits idle, one controls my amplifier and the other controls my receiver. I control them via routines and voice commands to Google Home. I plan on buying/installing more in the near future. These are super simple to install and set up. I recommend the SmartThings hub, it opens many additional possibilities.

Affordable!!!!! Easy to connect and works well for all my lamps in my bedrooms and sunroom.

I bought this originally for the Christmas tree at my mom's house but after Christmas I decided to repurpose it for a lamp in her living room. She doesn't even have to touch a light switch anymore because I set the timer. If it's not on, she can turn it on using the Smart Things app. Mom loves it and never has to come home to a dark house.

I absolutely love this plug. We actually have 2 in our house!!! One is on my child’s TV in the bedroom and the other is on a lamp in the living room. I love being able to set a time limit for my child to watch tv in the bedroom. The one on the lamp is convenient because I can turn it on when it gets dark and we aren’t home. The app is easy to use, which is a huge plus for anyone!!!!

Easy setup to control a manual fan. Even compatible with my iPhone, definitely recommend.

Easy set-up. Controlled easily with Samsung phone/tablet or through Alexa device. Tends to drop connectivity (not often) - but has difficulty reconnecting, which is frustrating. Overall a good plug with good programming/scheduling options and small enough not to take over the entire outlet!

We had to buy a Samsung hub to go with our fridge and dishwasher. Though I have experience with the Amazon plugs I figured these would be a better fit and they are well priced. Getting the plugs to connect to the network is an exercise in frustration. I moved plugs from receptacle to receptacle all over the house until I found the one receptacle in the master bedroom where they would eventually connect. When I say eventually I mean after redoing the process over and over and over. I even called technical support because I thought there must be something I’m doing wrong. I wasn’t. It’s just glitchy. I will admit that once connected I’ve had no issues at all and they do work with Alexa for programming and have worked perfectly. If you can survive the grey hairs that installation will give you they seem to work fine. For me, this is a deal breaker and I won’t buy another one, no matter the cost.

easy to configure and works great with smartthings and Alexa

I love how easy this was to setup and use. I have my led christmas lights that I decorate my living room with year-round on this timer. My husband used to bend over to plug them in every night and not anymore. I love that I can just go right into the app to change things and being that I have a Samsung phone the app was already on my phone.

Love this little plug. Super nifty and really easy to use. Love how you can monitor power usage on the SmartThings app. Easily integrates with my Google Home and Amazon Alexa devices. Also, a BIG plus for me is being able to easily control it from my Samsung Galaxy Watch via the SmartThings app. Nothing but good things to say about this little devil! :-)

I was a wink owner for 4 years however I change to Samsung smarting's this was the best thing I could have don!! Better support system. Work with a lot device more than Wink. This add on will turn off my TV however it want turn it back on maybe because have an order TV .

I've been using SmartThings hub to control many of my Z Wave devices and this smart plug is a nice addition to my other devices. Extremely easy to pair. I use this device to control lights to turn on 15 minutes before sundown and turn off 15 minutes after sunset. Works great. Response time is very fast. Definitely recommend it.

I bought these as replacements to the insignia plugs that are being discontinued. I love the simple design and low price point. They work as intended. They're especially great for Smartthings and Samsung users as everything is flawlessly integraded together. I might have chosen different plugs had I not had smartthings but I'm glad I went with these.

These work great. I have 20 of them to control difficult lights and a small kitchen appliance. Especially great for all my Christmas lights to turn them all on and off at the same time across all 3 floors and outside shrubs. Note: outside lights: the smartthings plug is mounted in a protected inside location.

Easy set up in just a few minutes and works as explained

This smart plug is so great. I have used it for several things already. Have three and plan to use them for the Christmas decorations to come on close to sunset and turn off at a specific time. The SmartThings automation is excellent and you can do all sorts of crazy things to change how a device behaves.

These Samsung outlets are an excellent and easy to integrate addition to any home automation system. A couple of clicks on the mobile phone and a click on the device and you're ready to control your receptacle, creating timers and monitoring electricity is super easy with these outlets.

These plugs are GREAT!!! This is the fourth one I've purchased over the past 2 years. I've never had to reboot the plug to get it to work. I've had a couple of power failures at my house and when the electricity was restored, the plugs reconnected automatically.
