    Samsung hit a home run with this addition to their sound bar offerings. Compared to a similar product from Bose, the Samsung 750 is superior in its options, sound dispersal and cost. A simple installation and 100 percent compatibility with our Sony TV. Bose was a nightmare. We look forward to adding the sub-woofer at some point in time but it's really not a necessity.

    From the store to watching a movie it took less than an hour to enjoy this incredibly great sounding sound bar. The instructions were straight forward and I had it connected to my TV and Blue-ray player with no issues. The addition of the 2 upward facing speakers in the 7-series sound bar do add height to the overall sound and worth the extra cost versus the 5-series sound bar.

    Love this sound bar for my 58" Samsung t.v, it has great sound from all sides of the bar top & front. It works wireless and bluetooth or connected as usual. You can play music through spotify or iHeart radio which is a plus for me because i didn't have a quite big speaker sound like this one. It is a pretty long soundbar but i don't mind as long as it's sound is great for my music & movies.

    Absolutely disappointed by this Soundbar !!! It worked fine for about 3 months and now it has to be reset at least 3 or 4 times a week. I spent way to much money to have to worry about disconnecting all the cables and recycle power to this thing. Now I have to deal with Samsung service,!!! It’s only 3 months old and it is no longer reliable!!! I want my money back!!!

      Our warranty process is efficient and easy:
      1) Once you contact and inform us that you need to process an RMA, we will email you an RMA form.
      a) This form will ask for your contact info, reason for repair, and a copy/photo of your receipt/bill of sale (if possible).
      b) Please email us back the completed form and proof of purchase.
      2) Once we receive your completed RMA form, we will email you your RMA Ticket Number. If you are within the U.S., you will also be emailed a UPS label to send us your Soundbar/Speakers/UBD for assessment.
      3) You should receive your repaired or replacement drive within 5-7 business days from the date you shipped us back your model.

    Great sound

    I got this to work with the Samsung 65" Q7F Series TV, and the sound is really great - worlds better than what. comes out of the TV. However, the ARC (audio return channel) is not flawless in that the sound bar will sometimes turn off when the TV is paused for a prolonged time but will not turn back on when unpaused. I am not sure if this is more of a function of the sound bar or the TV.

    I love a good mid-range product. This sound bar has all the necessary elements without spending $1k on a Bose or Sonos. It also has 4k pass through which is key. Having the sound separate from the bass really enhances the sound quality as well since I have the sub woofer and there are not any actual woofers in the bar.

    horrible experience after 8 hours

    I work in tech - this sort of thing should be easy. 1. had to contact samsung support to get the subwoofer to connect to soundbar 2. soundbar is turning off and on randomly, with no warning 3. can't connect soundbar to samsung app to update firmware to try and solve shutting on and off 4. cannot connect soundbar to wifi bottom line? this thing sucks and i will be returning it tomorrow.

    Sound is really better than expected coming from a high end sound system due to size constraints. Remote is blah and I have not figured out how to change the sleep timer shut off. Annoying when I step away for a few to play a video game or something and have to restart everything. Also bought it for the 2 4k pass through's for apple tv and amazon fire tv and Prime is now an app on Apple TV so not really needed

    Setup was nice and easy. I tested via bluetooth as soon as I plugged it in, and my Samsung KS8500 recognized it immediately. Right now I have it hooked up via optical, which sounds even better. I plan on using HDMI in the future, and possibly getting a subwoofer to go along with it as well. The only caveat I have is if you pause something for more than five minutes, the sound bar automatically turns off.

    I will buy open box a lot of the time for the extra discount. However I was sold 2 of these that were stuck in display mode. The geek squad was unable to fix this problem. So I ended up paying more than expected but the sound bar is great with the 10" sub-woofer and rear speakers. True surround sound

    This product was very easy to install, especially already having a few Samsung products already. It paired up with my TV and wifi without any problems. I would recommend getting the subwoofer, which is sold separately. The sounds is crystal clear, but it doesn't have much depth.

    I just bought this about a month or two ago. And I have had several Different brand and models. But so far this one has met my expectations nice sounds and I don’t have the subwoofer yet or satellite speaker. But to be honestly I would have bought the Bose if I had the money

    Replaced my HK SB16 because I wanted to clean up appearance and not have a huge subwoofer on the floor. Actually find the sound from the Samsung better balanced, more accurate and the bass is really quite adequate. Plus , having a liner volume control with lit numerical indicators and a remote is a wonderful benefit. it's expensive but well worth it.

    We chose this product because it was advertised to create great sound without the need for a separate sub-woofer or additional surround speakers. It works as advertised. We're pleased with its sound! It was also very easy to connect with our TV & Blu-Ray player and other blue-tooth items.

    Terrific solution when you DON’T want a multi-speaker set-up. Pairs seamlessly with Samsung’s Multiroom App. I also have two R5 speakers and the app sends music to all three units via WiFi. Crystal clear sound and enough bass for an apartment setting. Still trying to get the TV sound to use all three units.

    This thing works awesome. It gets loud, sounds great and has enough thump without the need for an external bass unit. I love mine. I got mine on sale, otherwise I doubt I would spend $700 on this unit. So for the price I paid, I am very satisfied.

    We really enjoy the product, the only issue we’ve had is that we were unable to Bluetooth the sound bar to the new 4K Samsung smart TV. Believe it has more to do with the cable box from the service provider than anything else. None the less, due to the design of the sound bar connecting to the TV was still relatively easy.

    If you don't want to shell out $$$$ for Bose or Sonos and you have a Samsung TV, then buy it. Pairs seemlessly with sound plus items. Amazing sound quality without any mud from included subwoofers as there are none. But dont take it from me. Do your own research :)

    I bought my Samsung 82" QLED and I told my self I am happy with the TV built in speaker. But when I heard the sound coming out of this soundbar, I knew right away I had to get it. When you have a huge TV, you need huge sound to go with it. Highly recommended!

    I have mixed feelings about this item because chances are that I’m not using it correctly... it never connects to Bluetooth from my tv and when I do it through WiFi I constantly have to set it up... over and over again... I also think the bass could be better...
