    Sound is really better than expected coming from a high end sound system due to size constraints. Remote is blah and I have not figured out how to change the sleep timer shut off. Annoying when I step away for a few to play a video game or something and have to restart everything. Also bought it for the 2 4k pass through's for apple tv and amazon fire tv and Prime is now an app on Apple TV so not really needed

    Sound isn't bad but the auto shut off that happens maybe 12 - 14 minutes when no sound is coming through is a pain. If you pause a show or movie to go do something the stupid thing shuts everything off. I some times listen to movies late night with blue tooth headphones and can't do that now They don't work with the bar just my Apple or Amazon TV and no sound to the bar and of course everything shuts off. I got it because of the 2 4k pass through's but Apple TV has Prime app now so don't need the second HDMI Bad purchase for me. I see others have asked Samsung for a firmware change but no success

    horrible experience after 8 hours

    I work in tech - this sort of thing should be easy. 1. had to contact samsung support to get the subwoofer to connect to soundbar 2. soundbar is turning off and on randomly, with no warning 3. can't connect soundbar to samsung app to update firmware to try and solve shutting on and off 4. cannot connect soundbar to wifi bottom line? this thing sucks and I will be returning it tomorrow.
