I’ve had my dishwasher for around nine months very quiet easy to use I turn it on to run in the middle of the night not a sound heard cleans and dries dishes very well

We really like the dishwasher and o would love to give it 5 stars but it failed after a month and started leaking in the front of the unit. This was installed through Best Buy via third party. Due to COVID, they could not send someone out to replace it so I removed the old one and had it ready for exchange which was taken care of. I installed the replacement unit myself. Time will tell on its durability.

This dishwasher works great and is very quiet. No rinsing of dishes before putting them in the dishwasher!!!!

I've ran this through four separate wash cycles — all the dishes an average and completely manageable level of food bits to clean off (we're not talking nuked/baked on food, but food that easy to rinse off). ALL THREE CYCLES on Normal Wash failed to clean off all the food off the silverware, bowls, and plates. Additionally, the dishes were soaking wet at the end and never dried (even after letting it sit for several hours). Full disclosure, I don't use rinse-aid and think it's a waste of money. It wasn't until I used the high soil level, high temperature wash, and sanitize mode that it managed to get the dishes clean with just regular dishwasher detergent; and the dishes were mostly dry when they were finished overnight. So this is lovely — throw out all the energy/water saver features, because if you want clean dishes, you have to activate all of the features. But, hey, it's quiet. The peak of the noise really comes down to when it's adding water, and even that's not bad. My home office is directly beneath the kitchen, under the dishwasher, and it's quite tolerable. Now if it could actually wash dishes better.

i had an older dishwasher (from 1999) who's motor broke and needed a replacement. Holy cow! i didnt realize there could be much advances in dishwashers. This thing is so quiet i cant tell it is on...even when standing next to it. I love the 3rd rack! My only frustration is the lower rack has very odd placed posts that fit plates perfectly, but have a very hard time with bowls of all sizes

This dishwasher looks beautiful and does a wonderful job cleaning our dishes. I'm amazed at how much food we can leave on our plates and it all comes out sparkling clean. It doesn't dry super well even with rinse aid but that is easy enough to remedy.

So far so good, still early days as i just installed it yesterday. the piping location on the rear can be a bit tricky when routing it to the right and the 3 leg set up with 1 at the rear was strange at first but helped make the install a little easier with only one foot needing height adjustment. rack adjust-ability is excellent and the washing cycles do a great job at getting the dishes clean. I did buy the unit as an open box - but it was better than described - looks like new.

I had a very old close to 35 year old dishwasher that was still running as noted by the roar of pumps and all sorts of loud sounds. Racks started to fail so big upgrade to this nearly silent dish washer. First time I ran it I thought it wasn’t working, had to put my ear up against the door to detect operation. Very pleased with wash quality and dishes are dry. Like the door open after wash feature to allow air to circulate helps the dry. Lots of room. Controls located on top of door disappear when door is closed. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

got it black Friday deal, we installed by ourselves, after watching YouTube. very quiet compared to our older model we had. So far we only used few times, can't say for long term yet. the run time take for ever to finish, like all dishwashing machine. but it dry when its done.

Nice dishwasher that matches my other appliances. Very quiet at 42Dba. Nice feature of door opening after full cycle. Missed sale price by one day.

The previous dishwasher we owned was poor quality at best. The new Samsung dishwasher is cleans everything and then some. I have a mug that I could not get clean and one time through this unit it was spotless. Truly a magnificent purchase for us and will use Samsung from now on!!!

We love it so far. Love the top tray. Gets the dishes clean and even most plastic stuff gets dry. It's very quiet unless you load things that clank together and even then you barely hear it. It's musical. Why do appliances need to play tunes? It's pretty new so we can't be sure how long it will last but here's hoping for a long and happy life. One easy operator error thing to avoid: if you open it to add another dish, you have to press the start button again or it won't run. The kick plate came a little bent but was easy to straighten and doesn't show at all.

This dishwasher is beautiful. The installers were great! I love the third rack for large knives, utensils... It is very quiet and cleans very well. Love it!

Best dishwasher, with option to clean out the crumbs, finally clean dishes with no more crumb residue on glasses.

Love my new dishwasher. It is so quiet and easy to load. The third rack is great for silverware and saves space in the bottom for larger dishes.

top rack is a nice feature lot of space with the adjustments for the cups and wine glass bottom rack arms fold flat to fit the larger items and most important it cleans great every time. i also like the door opens when it finishes drying to let the moisture out..

Very happy with my dishwasher. Love that is very quiet. Has lots of great features, storm wash, & 3rd Rack! Will recommend to others.
