So far, so good. This dishwasher looks good and makes the same sounds as our Samsung washer and dryer. Best of all, it is very quiet. Our previous KitchenAid dishwasher was quiet enough to run when we went to bed, but this one even more so and I'm very impressed. It's so quiet, in fact, that it can be run while we watch tv at night in the adjourning room without being an annoyance. All is not perfect, as the dish racks appear a bit flimsier than those in our previous unit. Hopefully, these won't become brittle and break which is what we experienced after 12 years with the KitchenAid. Lastly, this dishwasher doesn't have a heat dry setting so you may find some wet plastic cups on the top rack. All in all, I'm satisfied with this appliance.

The dishwasher was very easy to install, is very quiet and does a great job washing the dishes. Used the Storm Wash cycle on a dirty crock pot that was not pre-rinsed and it cleaned it perfectly. Also like the feature that pops the door open to release the hot moist air as the dishes are cooler and dry quicker so the dishwasher can be unloaded sooner.

This is a great dishwasher. So quiet and dries like it should. I had terrible experience buying a step down model from home depot so returned it. Stick with best buy for your appliance needs since the local home depot in arrowhead, az uses a terrible delivery company called Barlow's. Delivery team with Best Buy were so nice.

Very quiet, efficient, cleans well, and has a lot of space. Drying is far from perfect, I need to keep a towel on hand for some items when unloading.

So far this is a great dishwasher. We have only had it about a week, works great.

Runs quiet. Third rack is nice for baby cutlery and spatulas. Unrelated, but our install team could have told us about the new regulation on installs that they were going to charge us BEFORE they got there.

This dishwasher is amazing! It is very nice looking and has great features with the racks. The middle rack adjusts, and the tines are easily adjustable to fit certain dishes. The top rack is also nice for cutlery. It is so quiet that you have to get right next to it to hear it running. Great purchase for us. This is our 3rd Samsung appliance and we are very happy with our choices.

Washing my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher and drying them after is a thing of the past. This dishwasher does just that. Love it

I love my new StormWash Dishwasher! I debated whether or not to get the 3rd rack, but it was the best decision I've ever made. I love this feature and I use this rack for almost every wash. This dishwasher is so quiet that sometimes I have to go back into the kitchen to ensure it's actually working! ha

Finally got this one installed and still need to put it through the paces. I'll update this section later. One thing that I would say though, it's not about this machine, but more so about the installers Best Buy used. Per code dishwasher drain lines shall be installed with either an air gap or a high loop (think reverse p-trap). The installers did not install the high loop and instead just connected to the outlet by the garbage disposal. Yes it's true, many newer dishwasher have a high loop line on the side of the dishwasher, but from a visual inspection standpoint, most dishwashers are also concealed between cabinets making it impossible for a inspector to know if a high loop exists at the machine so they are still required at the drain connection site under the sink. When a second Best Buy crew came to install another appliance I showed this to them and although not part of their work order they made the simple correction with a high loop hanger. I would had preferred the first crew actually did the job correctly from the beginning.

We purchased this Samsung to replace the Bosch 100 series, which we returned. Pros: Very quiet, cleans very well. Cons: Not enough space to put all the dishes. Very disappointed in the space/design of tines that doesn't allow to put a lot of dishes in. We have a GE dishwasher (PDT775SYNFS)already and were adding another one. This GE was backordered so we were looking at other dishwashers. The GE has amazing space, you can put plates and 2 big... i mean big pots at the same time on the bottom rack. You can't do the same in this Samsung. So we returned it.

Absolutely quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. Gets the dishes done perfectly. Great investment! And the staff at the Best Buy in Victoria for absolutely amazing someone greeted us told us what they had in stock and we had it paid for and loaded in our car in less than 20 minutes. It was truly an amazing experience and a pleasant experience for once.

Is this thing really washing dishes? Yes! You hardly know it’s on until it sings to you at the end of the cycle. Wish I knew this existed a few years ago.

Pros: super quiet. Top 3rd rack. Buttons on the inside edge of the machine. Sleek stainless steel. Large capacity. Opens automatically when dishes are clean. Cons: bottom rack sticks a little after unloading and pushing it back unless the door is flat open. More annoying then it’s a problem.

This product has been great for us (had it 6 months). I would 95% of the time, everything comes out dry with no need to have a towel ready to dry even further. We run it mostly at night, but even when we run it during the day, we can barely tell that it's going. I would recommend this product.

Dishwasher does a super job at washing everything and very quiet. It has so many options its hard to know what you want until you've tried them all.

Worth the wait! Ordered this in November and couldn't get my hands on it until the end of January, but it was worth the wait. The install was quick, painless and professional and the unit is working like a charm. Quiet, able to accommodate lot of dishes, and the third rack is a cool feature also. Would recommend this unit highly.
