This dishwasher comes with defective dish racks that Samsung will not replace but will charge you over $300 for and are not available for over 8 months. The coating they use does not seal the metal part of the dish racks which causes them to rust from the inside. I notified Samsung of this and they refused to replace it because the rust was not visible to me until a few months after the warrantee ran out.

Washes well not super but the dishwasher is too tall. My cabinets and counter top were newly purchased at the largest box store in America & this dishwasher is too tall to fit inside perfectly-at the shortest possible adjustment. The molding is off, the sides stick out-its not thrilling to spend all that money and the best shot I have is it looks sloppy. Don't purchase dishwashers with top controls they have to stick out -its not a good design.

This is a great dishwasher, cleans the dishes every time. Pops the door open after it is done to help the dishes dry faster. So happy with this purchase.

The absolute worst washer your money can buy… It makes absolutely no sense that I spent over $800 this washer and the dishes come out dirty!! I called and spoke to Samsung, troubleshooting did absolutely NOTHING.. it’s hurts so much that I’m not able to return it due to the fact I brought it right before I renovated my kitchen and buy the time I installed it was to late.. to think I was upgrading was an epic fail.. I had a dishwasher from ikea that I’m 1 hr did what this washer can’t do in almost 3 hrs…

This dish washer machine doesn't clean at all. It keeps the cups and plates dirty since day 1. I had to wipe clean everything single utensil with a sponge before I put it in so they come out clean. But still, the stains on the cups have always been there. Multiple times I unload it just to find out that the tablet is not dissolved or the cover that opens has not even opened and it's still in. I use rinse aid as directed, it sucks it like crazy but still everything comes out stained. I feel embarrassed every time I have visitors I have to go through the cups before I serve them. I should have returned it from day 1 and I regret it!

This dishwasher is the absolute worst. At least a third of everything that goes into the dishwasher dirty comes out dirty, and I have to wash it all by hand. I even pre-wash stuff before it goes in the dishwasher, so this dishwasher is complete garbage. I have tried the express wash, the sanitize and storm wash settings, and several others, and nothing gets things clean. I am so incredibly disappointed with his purchase.

This dishwasher cleans and dries our dishes very well, with many cycle options to choose from.

The metal bracket that holds the seal is very weak and broke after 2 months of use. Samsung can not fix it so it has to be replaced. Samsung only refunded me $200 less than I purchased it for.

Quiet! Bought with the matching stove and refrigerator when we redid our kitchen. Looks great in the Tuscan color as well!

just installed and found the top washing sprinkler is off it's clamp and broken. Chasing BB to get it fixed or replaced.

Dishwasher is less than 2 years old, and the plastic on the racks have all split open and rusted. See pics. Also the filter is held in place by 12 screws which is really inconvenient compared to other manufacturers/models.

Small, the top drawer is useless and takes up space. Wash times are too long and can’t keep dirty dishes rinsed more than a day without smell of humidity. Hate that it pops open when clean. Why?

Don't make same mistakes i did. My dishwasher popped a tiny small paint chip with only a week of seu and i tought "no big deal". Well it only got bigger and customer care said they don't cover cosmetics issues. Poor finish.

After trying out the new Samsung Storm Wash dishwasher for the last couple of weeks, it is clear that it does a great job at effectively cleaning and drying the dishes every time. I love that it has 3 racks for organizing and providing a spot for anything that needs to be washed. The center rack is adjustable which is great for really large pots and pans in the lower rack or even tall glassware in the middle rack and was a thoughtful aspect of the new dishwasher. It seems like I was able to load up the dishwasher with considerably more dishes than our previous dishwasher. I was able to test out all of the various options including the Samsung StormWash option for thoroughly scrubbing hard to clean pots and pans. I did find that using the normal wash was very effective in getting the dishes clean each time. However, it is nice knowing that you have that option if you do have difficult to clean dishes. Not having to pre-rinse your dishes prior to putting them in the dishwasher is nice because you save a lot of water and time and because the dishwasher only uses a small amount of water with each wash, the savings really add up over time and conserve a lot of water. My husband and I were surprised at how quiet (only 48 dBA’s) the dishwasher was and you barely realized that it was running after startup. There is also a handy Auto Release feature where the dishwasher will pop open for the last 10 minutes or so allowing the steam to release and improves the drying of the dishes considerably. All in all, with its attractive design, quiet operation and so far flawless performance, I would highly recommend the Samsung StormWash dishwashers.

If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would. We bought this April 13, 2021 and about a month ago it started to smell like something was burning. After jumping through 76 hoops with Best Buy to get someone out to look at it with ZERO LUCK, we paid a different appliance store to come out and check it out. The motor is fried. One year and 4 months. That’s how long this lasted. Also, prior to the motor burning up, it failed to clean and dry. I would prewash dishes in the sink, use all of the suggested tabs and rinse aids, and the dishes would come out dirtier than they were when they went in and they were never dried. I read a ton of mixed reviews and decided to take the gamble on this because I loved the black stainless look and we bought the matching fridge and stove. Buyer beware. I’ll never buy another Samsung product again.

This dishwasher was delivered to us on 11Dec2020. We could not have it installed until 08Mar2021 therefore it has not been in use for a full year and it is broken beyond repair. The metal trim that holds the gasket in place is riveted in place. Last month the trim bent out of place to the point that we could not get the lower rack in or out of the dishwasher. See below photos. I did not purchase an extended warranty with Best Buy as more often than not we don’t use it. Therefore Best Buy won’t touch the dishwasher. It is out of the manufacturers warranty despite not being in use the entire time. We have called numerous appliance repair providers and none will touch it. A Sears service technician came out and at least bent the trim back in place so that we can use it until we have it replaced. We expected to pay for a full service call from Best Buy to at least get the appliance functional again without having to do a lot of fidgeting with the gasket prior to use. To have Best Buy flatly refuse to do anything because we didn’t purchase an extended warranty is profoundly disappointing. Will not purchase appliances from Best Buy again.
