Dishwasher very quiet. Only used 4 times, but does great job so far. Have super packed the DW and set on Express, everything squeaky clean. Top rack is great feature.

Great dishwasher, cleans great, the 3 racks are handy, very quiet, and looks great too!

Great dishwasher, cleans well. My only complaints are that the normal cycle is almost 3 hours. It is very quiet. I did have some trouble with it not draining once; I'm not sure why since I did not lose power. I reset the circuit breaker & reran the cycle. It's also attractive- matches my stove/oven, and refrigerator.

Our new dishwasher has been great. Dishes have been coming out very clean, We loved the third rack for silverware. Possibly the best feature is it is whisper quiet. we can actually watch TV while the dishwasher is on without having to raise the volume. Also the door opens during the last 15 minutes of drying to dry better

Even with tons and tons of 5 star reviews I’m surprised at the negative ones. I’ll first start by saying this dishwasher is great!!! Highly recommend. To those that posted negative reviews here’s some things to take into consideration: - racks are adjustable. Saw a post about how it can’t fit large items… that’s nonsense… just adjust the rack for goodness sake! - 3rd rack is a great design . Dumbfounded by those who say it’s useless. There’s plenty of times where you may have a large utensil, odd shaped item that you’d like laid flat… or very sharp knife that you don’t want to place in the utensil basket on the lower rack. -yes door pops open. It doesn’t use high heat to dry items. So yes let it pop open, maybe shake some water off and just let it dry. IT’s environmentally friendly and also doesn’t damage items that would otherwise react to high heat. For some, this may take some getting used to

Easy install nice looking quiet running. Clean dishes one wash

I really like this dishwasher. I've used it for 6 months now. Dishes go in right from cooking in them and come out sparkling clean. It makes minimal noise and is beautiful. The only drawbacks is the controls at the top of the door frequently get grubby, Dirt and dust collect in the handle seams and occasionally it leaks from the bottom of the door corners (right out of the box). There is the extra expense of the rinsing agent (necessary to keep the interior sparkling), which is minimal. I wish I had bought the one with the recessed handle and next dishwasher will have front controls. The price was right on this one though and I am happy with it.

We bought this dishwasher in 2019. Now, in 2023, it still works really good, doing everything advertised. However, the top rack does not clean as well as it use to. The bowls and cups have food particles left on. If you buy it, get the 5 year warranty too!!!

Installed easy. It is very quiet. Third rack is a game changer. Seems to clean very well. When it's done it plays a happy little tune.

Replacement for our 4 yo Bosch dishwasher (diverter fell off, not worth $400 to replace). Overall Samsung dishwasher is working reasonably well (infrequent to have dining ware not cleaned unless the water access is blocked but does occur, also occurred with Bosch with less frequency). Has 3rd rack on top for silverware and other small items (useful rack). Fan drys dishes and dishwasher pops open before end of cycle--you know the cycle is complete when you hear the soft "music"! Samsung dishwasher is slightly louder than the Bosch, but not loud, can have conversation next to Samsung. Dish ware is MUCH dryer compared to the Bosch. Technicians installing took away the Bosch; very competent install of Samsung. Overall we are pleased with the Samsung StormWash dishwasher.

Pro: Easy install. Easy to level. Gets the dishes clean. Door opens up for better drying and it works. Cons that are not that big of deal: there is an indicator light that’s not necessary. Haven’t really found a use for the top 3rd rack. It’s quiet enough for me. overall solid.

Excellent dishwasher. It runs super quiet and the cycle indicator lights are not super bright when the kitchen lights are off so it doesn’t distract you when passing by. I have seen reviews of them being iffy for not sitting flush to the ground but I have had no issue of this. Mine in fact was a breeze to install and the door sits flat. My favorite part of the item is that the top rack is adjustable. It can raise up for larger pots and pans on the bottom. Or it can lower if you have taller glasses. Overall it is a good product.

Nice overall dishwasher - my Whirlpool died after 10 years and all the other appliances in the house were samsung, so we went with this. The dishwasher itself feels different from what I was used to, particularly it has a very light weight door. Almost feels too light, I don't want say cheap, but it didn't feel as solid as my old unit. The important: It cleans really well. I'd give it 4 out of 5 on quiet. The only real problem with this thing is the bottom rack is not on slides, you pull it out and you have to be very careful to push it back in or it gets stuck. The wheels won't line up correctly making it so you have to pick up the entire bottom rack and push it back into the dishwasher. I would give it 3.5 stars, but since its primary function is cleaning dishes and it does it well - I'm not unhappy with the purchase - just would change a few things.

I used to never use a dishwasher because they seemed to take forever, didn't get the dishes clean, and the dishes were still really wet and had to be wiped down - and this was in new apartments and houses with updated appliances. This one is terrific in that it is so quiet, has a 1 hour turnaround, and pops open once it's done. Not only do I know that the dishes are finished, but it also helps them dry quickly. The top tray is also terrific for lids, and spatulas and other items that I don't want to put with the other utensils.

Bought this as an upgrade to a 1990's dishwasher in the hope it would dry dishes better than the old one. Unfortunately the auto open venting and drying process doesn't work as well as I thought it might. Seems like I was duped by a marketing tool. I still love the capacity, versatility of the racks, and design. We've had some issues with food being left, but it could be because a few dishes being too tall in the bottom rack interfere with the 2nd rack spraying arm. Oh, and something that most people seem to skip over in their reviews...this dishwasher is absurdly quiet! I have an open concept living room and kitche, so I used to have to time when to run the dishwasher to keep from drowning out my tv speakers. Now I can watch a movie, tv, play games 15 feet from the running dishwasher and it's hardly noticeable. Whisper quiet and it's so nice!

It works perfectly, and it's so quiet the first couple of times, I wanted to open it to check to see if it was running or not, it was. It's beautifully designed with its simplicity and straightforward options. Cleans excellently.

I love that the inside of this dishwasher door is stainless steel. This definitely cleans way better than my last dishwasher which was a crappy frigidaire. The top shelf is a nice idea but I wish it got my silverware a tad cleaner. It may be because I cook a ton so my dishwasher is always packed so Def could be a user error there. Otherwise love this thing and it was a great deal!

First time owning a quite dishwasher in a small home. What a difference this has made. the third row rack is also a game changer by allowing the awkward size utensils to have their own space. the power wash I've notice leaves my dishes very clean and I don't rinse them off very well!

The dishwasher cleans well and is very quiet. I wish it had a front panel indicator and did not pop open when drying. The layout for cleaning is very organized, and if purchasing, one should pay attention to this detail for best cleaning of dishes.

Most of today's dishwashers have a pretty simple method of routine cleaning/maintenance. Unfortunately 13 screws, finicky tubing and delicate components don't exactly make for a simple maintenance experience for most. A small mishap with a screwdriver could possibly puncture the thin filter membrane. There's your warning. Other than that, it's and incredibly solid machine (heavy). Stainless steel tub, and quiet operation where a top priority for me. It's super quiet, and does a great job cleaning. For the money though, take a closer look at the KitchenAid dishwashers, which I had before.
