    That 3rd rack up makes the lower ones almost unusable as you can’t fit anything bigger than 10” or they will block the washing blade. Forget cutting boards, long knives, mixing spoons, etc. Also, dishes need to be very flat type to fit in, anything with a curve will have to be fit in at a big angle and you end up putting much fewer items in. Dishes come out dirty often, even as simple as coffee cups. We’re returning it this week.

    SAMSUNG WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS

    In the past 12 months I have purchased from Samsung 3 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 3 microwaves, and two ranges. Less than 30 days after I purchased one of the dishwashers the middle washer arm fell off. That was 10 months ago!!! Since then I have spent somewhere between 8 & 12 hours trying to get Samsung to repair it. They sent a team once - with the wrong part. Today a repair team was supposed to come - they didn't show up. So ten minutes ago I gave up - I ordered and paid for the part myself. I wish I had done that before I had wasted so much time.

    When I first got it, I loved it! I thought it was the best dishwasher in the world, I didn’t even complain when the BB guy installed it in a way that prevents me from being able to open one of our kitchen drawers in our brand new home, unless the door is open. It won’t fit a lemi shine pod unless you break it first and make it smaller. The dishes are never fully dry and now after only ONE YEAR it sucks at cleaning the dishes. I use jet dry and cascade rinse aid and cascade platinum pods. I scrub, the inside of the dishwasher monthly, I use refresh dishwasher cleaner weekly and I never over load. I unscrewed and removed the bottom screen to clean it and also the back piece but that did not help.

    DO NOT BUY THIS! We have to take it apart every couple of weeks to fix a "leak" that is really just a faulty product design by Samsung. Seriously do not waste your money.

    Worst dishwasher ever

    Piece of junk. Cheap interior, the top rack seemed like a great idea because it's adjustable but it doesn't stay in the upper position so my plates can't fit on the bottom without the spinning water thing hitting them. Pulling either of the racks out is like pushing them over a really bumpy road. Everything comes out with a coating of gritty stuff on it. I even tried putting in clean glasses and they came out covered in crap. The silverware on the top rack literally never get clean. I have to wash everything by hand and the dishwasher isn't even 4 months old. I should have learned my lesson with the Samsung refrigerator that's only a year old and we constantly have to get the ice maker fixed. The repair person said it's common with Samsung fridges. I guess we'll see what the dishwasher repairman says about the Samsung dishwashers. I wish I hadn't decided to match my fridge.

    Broke within a year; Samsung won't honor warranty

    I purchased this item in January 2022. Due to supply chain issues, it was not able to be delivered and installed until 3/29/22. In February of 2023, it began making clunking noises at start up (even when the dishwasher was empty). I contacted Samsung about warranty repair (1 year warranty). They told me my warranty had expired in January. I explained to them that it's only been in my possession since March 29. They didn't bother to respond.

    Terrible design

    I bought this dishwasher along with all my other appliances. So far this is the worse design I've possibly seen. The bottom rack keeps constantly coming out of the rail, along with the little wheels that are detached from it. where you are supposed to put the soap is not even big enough and you can't close the lid because then the soap doesn't come out. Where you are supposed to put the drying rinse agent has a lid, it's not even something that you can fill, so every single cycle you have to add it. I can even keep going without getting really upset. We just move-in to our new place and I'm ready to replace.

    worked great for one year and a month, but then the drain pump stopped working, i replaced the valve, and cleaned out the lines but still not draining. would cost half the price of the machine to replace the pump.

    Does not clean dishes, is not worth one star

    I have had this for just over a year and a half. 6 months in it required Samsung service to come in and tell me nothing was wrong with it and they couldn't tell me why the dishes did not come out clean. The only advice I was given was to run a vinegar cycle monthly and don't call them again. Fast forward and multiple vinegar cycles later and it's still a 50/50 shot if my dishes will be clean or not. I use chlorine tablets and a dish drying agent and I pre-rinse. I have switched dishwasher tablet brands and still, there are always bits of something left over.I would totally understand if it was on all the plates but it is usually scattered dishes not the ones with any remote chance that have had bits of food on them - like glasses or cereal bowls. The only way to guarantee clean dishes is for me to hand wash them first. Well, then what was the point of this $700 mistake? The touch buttons trigger on when my leg brushes against it as I load the machine when I wipe the machine down but of course when I actually want to turn it on foreplay is needed. Just no, don't waste your time or money.

    So far I would like my old dishwasher back. This dishwasher crowds dishes into it and then struggles to get them clean. All of the plate holders are too close to allow good cleaning. And I think it is absolutely ridiculous to hand wash your dishes and then run them through a dishwasher. Might as well spend two more minutes and hand wash them all together.

    Not really impressed for the money i paid. $1200 for this install and after running the dishwasher twice, i already notice it’s not cleaning the dishes thoroughly. Even on storm wash, it made other dishes dirty and the silverware basket, recommend not to use it because NOTHING gets clean in it. Kind of disappointed because our old dishwasher broke. Stuck with this one now.

    Used didn't work

    Only giving one star because we brought this "open-box" with minor damage on back which i simply pushed back into shape using one thumb. But, after installation, the unit wouldn't drain properly and kept throwing trouble codes. We kept thinking it was our drain system but turns out that there multiple level sensors in the back of the unit and were sure one of the fur got damaged. Will be returning and getting same but new.

    Disappointed

    Control panel died within 3 weeks of purchase and just beyond the 15 day return period. Samsung is sending a tech, but I didn't spend $900 on a dishwasher to have it break right away. Do yourself a favor, buy the extended warranty. I would if I could at this point. It's incredibly asinine that Best Buy has only a 15 day return period.

    D/W normal cycle is a full 2.5 hours !! Unless using this cycle or sanitize, 1 hr cycle leaves dishes totally unwashed...Not pleased with washing cycle length and use of electricity and water, multiple pre rinses, and post rinses...( dishes are clean, finallly at end). OC, not drained signal appeared on first use...Cleared with excellent cust svc online help.

    This was a bad choice. The dishwasher started malfunctioning a month after we purchased it. The waterproof liner came off and I had to glue it back in several times until it finally gave out. It would not drain. Worked fir 6 months.

    very tight fit for a standard OPENING -- Hard to initiate START Button due to Fit Issues. Also disappointed with amount of WATER LEFT after cycle completed --- overall not very impressed

    Bought a set of Samsung Appliances. Stove, microwave, fridge and this dishwasher. All other appliances are fine. This worked fine for 3 months then started having food debris on the dishes and silverware. Tried the usual steps, vinegar cleaning, bought dishwasher cleaning products, also used Finish Rinse aid and Lemony Shine with the Cascade Platinum diswasher pods as advised with every load. Finally called Samsung out and they told us that you need to 'pre-wash' every load... WHICH WE ALWAYS DO! So no resoltion to our dirty dishes which is really a dish rack, since we are washing dishes by hand now and only using it as a drying rack. Don't even try calling Samsung. It's a cluster *#@8! Will have to just buy a different brand of dishwasher.

    Samsung low quality control and diagnosis skills.

    Samsung dishwasher low manufacturing quality control under warranty.New dishwaher installed but no power on(dead).Had to have 3 individual service calls.First service call from Samsung was to install a new control panel however since still dead the over the phone Samsung tech then dianosed it to need a new computer board .When the new board arrived on the second service call the Samsung tech could still not get any power and reccomended to order a second replacement board. Samsung declined to replace the dishwasher still under warranty. On the third service call the new board finally solved the dead power issue.Obviously Samsung has overall issues with their quality control and poor diagnosis skills of the Samsung over the phone technical support.The in home repair technician was relying on the failed diagnosis of the corporate "skilled experts techs "at Samsung. If you buy Samsung plan to possibly having time to stay home all day for repeated service calls with Samsung corporate techs to take a guess how to resolve an issue under warranty.

    Not a Good Dishwasher at all. My 20 year old dishwasher washed better than this . Extremely long cycles and Poor washing ability .
