    That 3rd rack up makes the lower ones almost unusable as you can’t fit anything bigger than 10” or they will block the washing blade. Forget cutting boards, long knives, mixing spoons, etc. Also, dishes need to be very flat type to fit in, anything with a curve will have to be fit in at a big angle and you end up putting much fewer items in. Dishes come out dirty often, even as simple as coffee cups. We’re returning it this week.

    Best Buy service and Samsung Dishwasher Suck

    Since installation, the dishwasher has interrupted wash cycles due to a leak sensor alarm. This requires that the dishwasher be powered down and wait about 15 minutes to reset the sensor. It is unclear whether this is a dishwasher or installation fault. Calls to Best Buy to request technical service have not yielded a positive result. The operator says that Best Buy does not have the staffing availability to correct the problem

    Worst Dishwasher I’ve Ever Owned

    I don’t believe I’d ever own another Samsung dishwasher. The only nice thing about this unit would be the low noise though that wasn’t a feature that mattered to me. A normal wash cycle can take almost 3 hours which is rediculous. The sliding door that holds the soap is hard to shut. Worst feature is the door pops open 6” during the drying cycle but to me drys dishes worst than all the others I have owned. I’m not impressed. I’d rather have saved my money and washed dishes by hand.

    Bougth it on Nov 2021, it stop working on Dec 2022. Never buying Samsung again. For me, It's clear made to stop working in about a year after the warranty expires.

    Do not buy this dishwasher. It is loud, and does not clean. I even called Samsung repair before trying to return it...and he said "It is what it is".... that's how it cleans, and that's how loud it is. Don't do it. Now I'm past return date, and trying to replace a $600+ dishwasher.....

    I bought this dishwasher along with all my other appliances. So far this is the worse design I've possibly seen. The bottom rack keeps constantly coming out of the rail, along with the little wheels that are detached from it. where you are supposed to put the soap is not even big enough and you can't close the lid because then the soap doesn't come out. Where you are supposed to put the drying rinse agent has a lid, it's not even something that you can fill, so every single cycle you have to add it. I can even keep going without getting really upset. We just move-in to our new place and I'm ready to replace.

    Disappointed the service department

    interior frame gets caught on drawer having issues opening & closing, I purchased a 3 year warranty however unable to get someone to fix. Since they cannot locate serial # on machine they will not work on it eventhough I have a receipt and Geek squad protection. I get transferred from one department to another with no resolution.

    worked great for one year and a month, but then the drain pump stopped working, i replaced the valve, and cleaned out the lines but still not draining. would cost half the price of the machine to replace the pump.

    Glasses come out dirtier then they went in

    Do not purchase this dishwasher and I would avoid Samsung altogether. We purchased this dishwasher in November and didn't install until January. The unit has never worked. Dishes come out of the dishwasher dirtier then they go in. Glasses just have food particles covering the inside. Samsung sent out their 3rd party to look at it, Unique Repair Services who is even worse. They hooked something up, said it was installed improperly and that was causing the issues. I had a plumber come out again, fix the issues they claimed were laughing the problem. It did not fix the problem. I called Samsung back, set up another appointment. The day before, the Unique Repair Services called and said if I did not provide a receipt of the work the plumber did, they would not come out (the work the plumber did was raising the loop in the drain hose, could have been done by anyone. he didn't charge us). This company is rated 2.5 stars on yelp and has a lot of issues, yet Samsung uses them. 3 months into having this dishwasher, we have a 4.5 month and we are having to clean bottles by hand because this dishwasher makes bottles and glasses dirtier after you run a cycle. I would never recommend this product and would STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG APPLIANCES.

    Only giving one star because we brought this "open-box" with minor damage on back which i simply pushed back into shape using one thumb. But, after installation, the unit wouldn't drain properly and kept throwing trouble codes. We kept thinking it was our drain system but turns out that there multiple level sensors in the back of the unit and were sure one of the fur got damaged. Will be returning and getting same but new.

    DO NOT BUY! I won't bore you with the horrible experience I experienced with delivery. I will just get to the point. This dishwasher is the worst appliance I have every purchased. After a full cycle food still stuck in cups and dishes. Anything plastic smells rotten. If I could give zero stars I would. I regret not returning when I had the chance.

    Does not clean dishes, is not worth one star

    I have had this for just over a year and a half. 6 months in it required Samsung service to come in and tell me nothing was wrong with it and they couldn't tell me why the dishes did not come out clean. The only advice I was given was to run a vinegar cycle monthly and don't call them again. Fast forward and multiple vinegar cycles later and it's still a 50/50 shot if my dishes will be clean or not. I use chlorine tablets and a dish drying agent and I pre-rinse. I have switched dishwasher tablet brands and still, there are always bits of something left over.I would totally understand if it was on all the plates but it is usually scattered dishes not the ones with any remote chance that have had bits of food on them - like glasses or cereal bowls. The only way to guarantee clean dishes is for me to hand wash them first. Well, then what was the point of this $700 mistake? The touch buttons trigger on when my leg brushes against it as I load the machine when I wipe the machine down but of course when I actually want to turn it on foreplay is needed. Just no, don't waste your time or money.

    very tight fit for a standard OPENING -- Hard to initiate START Button due to Fit Issues. Also disappointed with amount of WATER LEFT after cycle completed --- overall not very impressed

    Cheap.

    This was a bad choice. The dishwasher started malfunctioning a month after we purchased it. The waterproof liner came off and I had to glue it back in several times until it finally gave out. It would not drain. Worked fir 6 months.

    Not really impressed for the money i paid. $1200 for this install and after running the dishwasher twice, i already notice it’s not cleaning the dishes thoroughly. Even on storm wash, it made other dishes dirty and the silverware basket, recommend not to use it because NOTHING gets clean in it. Kind of disappointed because our old dishwasher broke. Stuck with this one now.

    Control panel died within 3 weeks of purchase and just beyond the 15 day return period. Samsung is sending a tech, but I didn't spend $900 on a dishwasher to have it break right away. Do yourself a favor, buy the extended warranty. I would if I could at this point. It's incredibly asinine that Best Buy has only a 15 day return period.
