We recently purchased the new Samsung StormWash DW80R5060 series dishwasher. My expectations were blown away and I can’t stop raving about it! When it was delivered, I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the installation was. And it looks so sleek and professional. I especially love the stainless-steel finish on door. It truly is smudge-proof and resists fingerprints too. This is so important to me, as it keeps the dishwasher looking brand new. I’m also impressed with how light the door is- it opens and closes so easily. The recessed handle doesn’t stick out and is built into the door- love this feature! My dishes have never been cleaner. The third rack is a wonderful addition, and a great spot for utensils or baking sheets. And the bottom rack has a StormWash feature that concentrates on especially dirty dishes. It really cleans baked on, dirty pots and pans. The other racks are adjustable too, so you can truly fit even the largest dish loads in one washing. With 6 different wash options, you can completely customize the dishwasher to your needs. One of my favorite settings is the sanitize option. I’m a clean freak, so it is important that I know the dishes are both spotless and germ-free. This dishwasher by far has the best cleaning capacity of any dishwasher that I have owned. What surprised me the most is how quiet the dishwasher is during use- you cannot hear it! No more turning the tv up while the dishwasher is running- it’s unbelievable how silent it is. And when the cycle is nearing completion, the auto release door opens to improve drying performance- no more towel drying dishes before putting them away. It’s obvious that Samsung did their research and listened to customers, as this product blew away my expectations- from features to ease of use. Overall, I’m so thrilled with my dishwasher and can’t wait to discover new features. Hands down, Samsung nailed it and I am on happy customer!

Love it! Great pricing, came in as given by Applliance Mgr., in Gainesville store, though 3rd party Delivery rescheduled four times...was installed to satisfaction as expected!

Black stainless way to go washes fast and clean alot of space inside for everything

Seals and trim falling off, after 18 months of very light use. The wheels have fallen off the racks. The racks themselves cannot pull out anymore because of the trim. Not the quality i expect from spending on a premium dishwasher.

I was so happy when I got it , it had the third rack , which I thought it’s a good idea. But non of my dishes were getting clean, even though I always rinse and get the dirt off, the top two racks are worse , even after running the dishwasher for the second time.

This dishwasher is extremely Quiet. Cleans great and looks beautiful.

Quieter than expected. OC error after using one week but cleared the error by powering off. Too soon to tell if this will be a recurring error code

I purchased this item in Novemeber and it was installed in January due to my kitchen being delayed. From day 1 the dishwasher has not washed properly. I am a TT member and had the tech come out on 3/3 he found nothing to be wrong with unit. Its still not cleaning dishes and am utilizing my sink more than ever. Was just on the line with Total Tech and they said they can not help me out with exchange. I am not sure which is more of a joke, the Total Tech membership or the dishwasher

Love that it opens when finished! Dishes are very clean!

I have been using this dishwasher for just over a year and it now has an error code that will require service and it is no longer under warranty. When you spend this kind of money on a product you would expect it to last for more than 14 months.

Dishwasher was used for a little over a year when the door gasket retainer broke off. Samsung was useless. The unit has a lifetime tub warranty and samsung doesnt seem to care about helping their customers. The service techs in my area refuse to work on samsung... they say the products are junk and tech support is terrible.

There are so many complaints online of it washing poorly and experiencing the same behavior we are seeing. I have little faith in Samsung support, it seems to be a design issue. Even washing just glasses leads to glasses being dirty. We've cleaned the sump (there's no filter) and even the dishwasher is dirty after a cycle.

Easy to install, it washes great best dishwasher i ever used.

Cleans my dishes well. I like that it automatically opens the door at the end of the cycle and dries off the dishes. The only thing I did in the beginning was run a couple of cycles and also did a cycle using a dishwasher cleaner just to get that brand new manufacture smell out.

Beware!! I'm on dishwasher #2, both leaked out the front door and flooded the house (months apart). Installation was terrible- both by 3rd party folks who don't know what they're doing, still trying to get my issues resolved. They even hooked up the power incorrectly and took my electrical cover with them! Don't expect Samsung support- they are terrible. I thought buying new appliances was going to be great. It's been a nightmare and taken so much of my time. KEEP YOUR DISH RACK until you make sure your dishwasher doesn't have the problems ours has. There is a reason the local appliance places don't sell Samsung. I didn't know until it was too late.
