Do not buy, worst appliance I ever had. Clean glasses used just for drinking water come out dirtier than when were put in. Customer service, and technician tried to blame faulty instalation, not using vinegar for self cleaning prior to use, not pre-washing by hand and water being not hot enough, or using wrong cycle, wrong detergent (liquid/powder/pods) etc, etc... As a plumber I installed many dishwashers in my life, by far this was the worst ever. Cleaning the “permanent filter” which “does not” require cleaning, you need to remove about 20 screws, all the food particles are grinded, and when unit rinses the dishes, the pieces size of ground pepper, stick onto plates, bowls, glasses, and are getting baked on during drying. It is just horrible product, and customer service, while they try to help, nothing is getting done, as dishwasher operates normally... while I have a year of pictures of dirty dishes and glassware in my phone. Finaly BestBuy did my a favor, and let me exchange it for another unit, I chose Bosch 500 series, and right after first wash I knew it was the best thing I could have done. Thumbs down Samsung.

Its a good product so far. Likes: quiet, fast, love the top 3rd rack! Very easy to use and instructions are clear. The interior racks are not set up as well as my previous LG but that one was only 2 1/2 years and couldnt be repaired - new control board no longer available! Dislikes: pops open when done and steams. Not great for a laminate countertop but would be fine with any stone. Not much luck with LG or Bosch lasting very long so I hope this Samsung does.

It worked fine for awhile until the inner metal seal started to come up. Now I cannot even roll the bottom tray without it getting stuck. I wasted good money on this washer. We hardly use the dishwasher as well as we handwash nightly. Please choose a different model.

We were pleasantly surprised with this dishwasher. Quiet, spacious, super cleaner and easy to use. 3rd rack is so useful. No more bending to find small silver ware and get hurt with the knives. The installation was so quick, reasonable (with tech support) and professional. They were very careful with masks and precautions. Value for money- both the dishwasher and installation.

I love the finish, the ease of use, and cleaning power. Could use an extra dry function, sometimes doesn’t fully dry all dishes. Love the third rack and the ability to fold the tunes for larger items on bottom rack. One of the quieter models out there too. Overall would recommend this model.

I've owned this dishwasher about 18 months. I don't use it everyday so it's taken a while to form an opinion. Overall I really like its performance in getting dishes clean and dry. I also love how quiet it is. The only not so good thing is how long it takes to complete a typical cycle. Otherwise it AOK.

What can I say about this dishwasher? I have had 3 different dishwashers in my adult years and this is by far the best. I really like to say that this is my first dishwasher and the others were just sanitizers. I would always have to clean off my plates with a sponge or paper towel before placing them in the dishwasher or else I’d have baked on food left on them. This dishwasher is different. I purposefully left food on dishes, bowls, etc. and this dishwasher did not disappoint. Let’s get started with some Pros. PROS: 1. My dishes are clean! This dishwasher does what it says it does. It actually washes my dishes and pans. I left food on them and this washer blasted it off and left my dishes clean. 2. Stormwash. We used the storm wash feature on a particularly dirty and oily 6 cup measuring cup and it worked perfectly. I can’t wait until chili season to see how it does with our crockpot and large pan! 3. Third cutlery rack. This rack is awesome. I don’t know why it isn’t a standard feature in all dishwashers. The amount of space is great and I have yet to have anything stuck between the prongs of a fork. 4. Quiet. This thing is quiet! I used to hear our previous dishwasher on other floors of the house! This one has a nice quiet, almost “white noise” style relaxing noise. 5. Dryer and automatic door release. This dryer does a much better job of drying my dishes and leaving them spotless. I absolutely love that the heating element is not exposed or visible. The automatic door release is a thing of beauty. This limits the scalding steam that used to release from one small vent with other dishwashers and allows for a more consistent drying experience. 6. Timer. What a great addition. I no longer have to wonder when my dishes will be done. The timer is accurate as well! 7. Rinse aid “window.” It’s great to know if I need to add more based on seeing the indicator window right there. 8. Fingerprint resistant. This is the only stainless steel appliance we own that does this right! Hardly a smudge on it! CONS: 1. Water hook up in rear of unit. I do not like not having the water hookup right at the front of the unit. I want to be able to tell quickly if any of my plumbing is leaking. Having the valve at the rear makes me worry that the leak will be quite large before I realize it is actually leaking. 2. Smell of the dishwasher after use. NOTE: my dishes don’t carry this smell, but the washer itself does. It smells kind of fishy. It really doesn’t make much sense to me, and may just be due to how new the unit is. It isn’t overly off-putting, just odd. Recommendation: I whole heartedly would recommend this dishwasher to my friends and families! It was the perfect addition to our home and it works as advertised. It was the final piece to the puzzle of the updated kitchen appliances and we are so excited to have it.

Love it, very sleek machine, holds a bunch more dirty dishes than our last one thanks to the 3rd rack. Runs pretty quiet, but has a charming little ditty it plays when it's finished running to let you know it's done. Also pops open to help dry items. Recommended!

Relatively simple installation. Beautiful to look at. Very quiet. Gr8 features. Above all dishes clean!!!

Love this machine. Got it in black stainless steel, it’s quiet and with the help of a dunce aid there are no spots left on the dishes. The machine automatically opens to help dry at end of cycle, which i like.

Quiet and seems to clean very well! Love the third rack for knives. Bottom rack is laid oud differently but getting use to it! Purchased on a big sale mark down. Would buy again!

Wprk great. We had to buy a new hose kit. Because our old dishwasher was a lg and had a different hose. But this dishwasher is quite and i love that it pops open when it done washing

This dishwasher has not disappointed. We really like the 3rd rack and pop open door features. It is very quiet and can barely be heard when running.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and needed new appliances so purchased this Samsung StormWash dishwasher. We absolutely love it! Concerned about the decibel level but it turns out to be very quiet and you hardly hear it after the first few minutes. It cleans the dishes to sparkle (much improvement over our old one) and the available storage inside is very well thought out by Samsung. We love the adjustable 3rd rack, which also cleans silverware and servingware great. The StormWash option does a nice job of cleaning pots and pans. Highly recommend this one!

I like the 3 places to out your dishes. Whisper quiet I found only 1 issue. When it is done or when you are filling it the door is open a little too far Most if the time you have to keep the door closed. This leads to a smell if you don’t regularly run the dishwasher

Cleans very well. It is quiet. I like that the door opens during the drying cycle. Lots of room for many dishes, and like the 3rd rack on top.

I love this dishwasher. It has a top shelf for delicate items and the normal 2 trays that you get with most dishwashers. The first time I used it I couldn’t believe it was actually on because it was so quiet! If you are in a hurry it has a 60 minute cycle option that works great. For a bonus it pops open the door about 5 minutes before the cycle ends to complete the drying cycle of the dishes. The only thing I wish it had would be a second dispenser for prewash items. I loosely put that detergent next to the dispenser which could make a mess.

I love the sleak look of the black stainless steel. The third rack is great for utensils and sharp knives. Quiet and cleans great.

So far so good. Easy to use, sleek design. Simple controls. Stainless interior always looks clean, the racks are versatile. On heat dry the door pops open at the end of the cycle to speed up dry time, threw me off at first but works great.
