After getting 2 of the same dishwashers and having issues went with a different model. Although when working it was VERY quite.

Finished is beautiful. Shelves are well spaced. I would recommend this dishwasher to any and all of my friends.

Works amazing!! I love the top thin drawer for all my utensils. Looks awesome in my newly remodeled kitchen!

Bought it to replace a Kenmore. This has been the biggest piece of junk. Doesn't clean well, doesn't dry the dishes. Bought it on 9/21/2023, now on 10/3/2023 it has thrown an error code that won't go away. Apparently it is outside the return window for bestbuy after only 2 months. I contacted Bestbuy for help, no help. I wish I had purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's. They have have great customer back up for a product they sell. Had a dryer go bad 5 months after I bought it at Lowe's. They took over and got it taken care of for me within 3 days. Live and learn I guess.

Could not be happier it is quiet efficient. Easy to run. very attractive fits perfectly in my kitchen

I like the dishwasher but the install and delivery guys were poorly prepared and unskilled. They did not know how to install it and told me i had to hire a plumber.

This dishwasher does everything and more. Finding out you cant go wrong with Samsung appliances

Dishwasher still not installed properly after 2 visits, first by contract installer, then by Geek Squad. Dishwasher was for rental property and despite asking multiple times to contact tenant directly for install, seemingly clear directions couldn't be followed. Same issue happened a couple years back with a refrigerator purchase. Will never purchase appliances from Best Buy. This is all the reason to give the business to local retail. Best Buy too big and customer service is awful. They just don't car.

Love our Samsung Dishwasher Black stainless. So happy. It pops ojpen after the steam dry Love it.

Do not purchase this dishwasher and I would avoid Samsung altogether. We purchased this dishwasher in November and didn't install until January. The unit has never worked. Dishes come out of the dishwasher dirtier then they go in. Glasses just have food particles covering the inside. Samsung sent out their 3rd party to look at it, Unique Repair Services who is even worse. They hooked something up, said it was installed improperly and that was causing the issues. I had a plumber come out again, fix the issues they claimed were laughing the problem. It did not fix the problem. I called Samsung back, set up another appointment. The day before, the Unique Repair Services called and said if I did not provide a receipt of the work the plumber did, they would not come out (the work the plumber did was raising the loop in the drain hose, could have been done by anyone. he didn't charge us). This company is rated 2.5 stars on yelp and has a lot of issues, yet Samsung uses them. 3 months into having this dishwasher, we have a 4.5 month and we are having to clean bottles by hand because this dishwasher makes bottles and glasses dirtier after you run a cycle. I would never recommend this product and would STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG APPLIANCES.

Upon trial run after install, water did not drain automatically. It only drained manually. Getting unit switched out.

Dishwasher works great. Lots of settings to use but auto is the easiest. Would recommend to anybody.

The dishwasher was returned due to fit issues credit to my bestbuy card have not been applied please credit my card for dishwasher and deluxe kit plus and the 5 year plan. Thank-you
