It worked for about 3 weeks before throwing codes. The system decided the best way to deal with the issue is refuse to shut off and continue to run the drain pump. Have to unplug it to get it to shut off (there is no leak). Samsung sends a technician over to fix it and he doesn't have the right parts, so had to order them. A week later he comes back with the parts and installs them, it works for a couple days and the same issue repeats itself. We have now been without a dishwasher for about 2 of the 6 weeks we have owned this and have been told we need to wait for them to try and fix it. So now I could be looking at months of a broken dishwasher that I just bought brand new! I used to be a very loyal Samsung customer and regrettably have a full house of their products, that loyalty has been slain. Steer clear!

Defective product

Finally I get the product and it’s defective. When I open the door it springs back up making it hard to unload dishes. They are replacing it but can’t even do it the same day. They have to come out one day and pick up then come out another day to install. I’ll update this review once the hopefully fully functioning dishwasher is installed.

I like the auto open feature and the top rack for silver ware. Odd feature that stands out, the unit plays tunes instead of just a buzzer when finished. Absolutely love this unit
