This dishwasher is super quiet, probably the most silent one we ever had. Washes really good, the whole cycle is about 2.5 hours. Little expensive compared to the others, but there is a 3rd shelf on top that is really good. I didn't like at first, but after getting used to it, if definitely saves space to wash other things below. It does have sanitize and hi temp wash. The only thing i miss is the fact that my old one had a heat element to dry my dishes and this one does not.

This dishwasher is quiet, has three racks and is super easy to use. Does a great job cleaning everytging.

Love this dishwasher. Roomy and adjustable, does a great job cleaning my dishes and glassware, and is super quiet. I was a bit skeptical that it didn’t have a dry cycle but it really does a good job there’s no problem with condensation or wetness as long as you don’t shut the door after it pops open to finish drying. I run it at night so that’s not been a problem for me.

We love that there are lots of loading options. The third rack is great for serving utensils and we love that the bottom racks have multiple options to fold down and hold odd shaped items. This is super quiet but we do notice the sound surges when the drains are emptying. Most importantly, it never leaves built up crud on the utensils, dishes, or pots/pans!

Samsung has made it to the level of elite in the dishwasher world . The Storm Wash model , I must say is in the same class as Bosch 500 series dishwasher's. Super quite , third rack , many washing options . One thing that's different from Bosch is the door automatically opens to help air dry the dishes when wash is finished ..( those with kids do not worry it has a child lock if you do not want to use this feature ) . I also love the Storm Wash feature for those pots that need extra attention . Over all great product .Samsung will be rated high in Consumer Reports with this new dishwasher this coming year . Moving forward , I believe it has fixed the problems with its previous dishwasher's starting with this new model .

We moved to a new house and had to leave our Bosch behind, which was a tragedy. No Bosch matched the new house so we went with the Samsung. It is slightly louder than the Bosch, but still incredibly quiet. Pros: Looks beautiful Quiet Door opens 5 minutes before finish to let hot air out and dry quicker Storm rack and 3rd row for silverware Cons: Third rack for silverware is a little gimpy and sometimes misses things No indicator light under, must look at buttons on top Rack heights only mildly adjustable Overall, a great purchase and performs great if you find it on a deal.

We've only just recently installed this, and only ran one cycle. The good: I was impressed by how dry the dishes were. With my old dishwasher (about 19 yrs old), you had to air dry the dishes and silverware before putting them away. With this one, the dishes were dry out of the machine. It is also pretty quiet compared to my old machine. I love the top tray, I am probably going to use it for silverware (there are only 2 of us). The bad: I don't like that the silverware holder is *inside* the bottom drawer(??), I am used to a holder that is *on* the door. It takes up room that could be used for more dishes/pans on that bottom drawer. But, most of the available newer machines are doing the same thing, so I will just have to get used to it. I also don't like the layout on the bottom drawer. Very narrow openings (great for plates, but what about bowls...). It says it is configurable, but I played with it and couldn't make it the way I would like. Also, it did not come with a manual. It came with an installation manual, but not a user manual. There are so many fancy cycles and modes and I have no clue how to use them. I'm pretty sure I can find the manual online, but I will probably just use the normal cycle. Conclusion: Despite all the things I don't like, I compared brands and most of them are similar, I think this is a great model. I chose this one for the Stormwash feature (which I don't know how to use yet).

I’ve had this for a few weeks now, and it’s doing a fantastic job. It’s easy to use and handles a huge pile of dishes in one load. Has a lot of possible settings for cleaning whatever needs cleaned. The top shelf is perfect for spatulas, cooking spoons, steak knives, and a host of other misc. utensils that my old dishwasher never had a place for. Best part of all, it’s so quiet that I had to check to be sure it was running the first time I used it. I’ve never had a dishwasher that is so capable. Oh, and the dishes come out spotless. Literally spotless!!

Delivered one month after purchase. The first Dishwasher was messed up so after trying all the fixes a new one was put on order by the next day. 5 days later it arrived. No Issues with this one. quiet, Cleans well, plenty of room and easy to use. I would give it 5 stars if the first one wasn't messed up. Best Buy stood behind it though with no hesitation.

We have used it for about a month now and love it. You cannot hear it running even standing right beside it. dishes come out clean and dry. I especially like the door opens after it is finished. Would have given it 5 stars but the plastic holders on the silverware will not stay in. 2 of them keep popping off. For the cost of this dishwasher, they could have spent a little more money or time with this problem

Dishwasher runs very quiet - sometimes have to really listen to make sure it's running. Love the 3rd rack for silverware. I have removed the Cutlery racks so I get more room on the lower rack.

This dishwasher is very roomy and does a superb job cleaning the dishes. I love the third rack as well as the adjustable 2nd rack. It's super-quiet. The only time you hear it at all is when the water is pumping in initially. Otherwise you never know it's on. The only downside is that I'm not super-thrilled with the placement of the buttons. It seems odd that you can use the controls unless the door is open. Otherwise they're not really accessible.

This dishwasher is not only beautiful but also cleans amazingly well. The third rack at the top is indispensable in how useful it is, don’t know how I lived without one before.

what I love most about this Samsung dishwasher is that it has the top cutlery shelf and it opens automatically at the end of the cycle to dry the dishes. And it's super quiet, you almost don't realize it's running. The design is beautiful too. With the top cutlery shelf you can actually put baby bottle parts or small items without having a separate holder. I usually have to run heavy mode to get the dishes clean. The normal mode is for lightly soiled dishes only. And adding vinegar as rinse aid or a rinse aid really helps to get the dishes sparkling. It takes almost 3 hours to tun a full load, we usually run at night and the dishes will be clean and dry in the morning, so we don't really mind the long runnting time. But if you need the dishes quick, you con use the quick mode or run the lower rack only mode for less dishes. Overall we love the dishwasher so far.

I was not sure about buying a Samsung Dishwasher, but we recently moved into a new house with a Samsung Fridge and it has worked great. My wife and I decided to try this Samsung Dishwasher and were not disappointed. It was very easy to install and although we have only used 3 times we are extremely happy with its performance. The features we like most are that it is extremely quiet and it opens automatically upon completion to help the dishes dry faster. The third rack is also a nice addition. Most importantly it has always got our dishes clean.

The price was right, and the color was perfect. It is very quiet, dishes come out CLEAN unlike my old dishwasher. Love the third rack it can be very helpful.

Wife is real happy with the new dishwasher. Don’t hear it running , cleans the pots well, plenty of settings to chose from. Like having the third tray also

Fits lots of plates and utensils. Third rack is very convenient for large serving utensils. Dishwasher is quiet and cleans dishes very well. I don't like the fact that the door has a wide opening in the unlocked position.

Very quiet and get the dishes very clean. Suggest using a rinse aid as it does leave water spots. Run cycle is long so I usually run mine when going to bed. Love, love, love the 3rd rack. Use it all the time for my cutlery.
