I Bought to go with my Samsung 75" 3D, 4K, LED, SMART TV. Even though my TV dont say that it is HDR. It still has a Ten Panel. & When I played Skull Island in 4K with HDR. It was truly awesome. & It also has Dolby Atmos. & Mirror Screening. Everything but 3D DAMIT. Lol...

I picked this Samsung M8500 model mostly because I have 3 of their TVs and they have been used everyday for many years. It was also on a great Black friday sale. This unit is light as a feather and there are zero hiccups when loading the latest 4K disc. A winner so far.

Really nice sleek looking Blu-ray player. Very easy set up and much smaller than my previous Blu-ray player. Great picture quality.

I got this player for $150. That's a great price for this type of product. Simple set up and a perfect match for my Samsung 65" curved TV. Superb picture quality that you can actually see the big difference between 4k and 1080p. Happy with my purchase!

I purchased this to go along with my 4k Samsung TV. This 4k dvd player produces a great image. It includes an optical output so you can link it directly to the TV and the surround sound system at the same time. Streaming 4k content from the internet with the included aps, is an option to quickly access a large source of 4k sample videos. My only complaint is that the remote is very simplistic and aggravating to use. The Samsung TV remote controls the dvd player without any programing and is a much better remote.

I got this unit on sale during the holiday season. For the price it is a wonderful unit and operates as expected. It does drive me crazy that I cannot get it programs for Comcast remote. Finally gave up. Overall very happy with product.

This is my first 4k player and paired it with the curved 8500 series tv. Blu-rays are upscaled very nicely and noticeably. 4k movies are amazing! The installation was simple and easy. I'm very pleased with this player and it's looks.

So far no problems. Setup with my other Samsung products was very easy and the 4k viewing is like going to the movies, crystal clear

I usually do not write reviews but after having 3 Sony Blue Ray players for the past 10 years they finally met their match. One failed and since I have the new Q8 65" TV, I bought the Samsung 4K player to go with it. Should have replaced the old Blue Ray players years ago the ease of use and quality for the price was great. I recommend this for your home entertainment suite.

Good quality picture. No issues so far, was easy to set up.

This Blu-ray player was very easy to hook up, and set up and operation were just as simple. Very quick to learn how to control and Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly. This is my first Blu-ray player and don't know why it took me so long to get one. I have been using it exclusively for all my DVD videos for about six weeks now. In combination with my new QLED Samsung television I am thoroughly enjoying my new TV watching experience. You can't go wrong with a purchase like this.

This player is exceptional. Great picture and awesome sound at s very good price. The streaming and internet features are adequate and useful. The functionality of the remote could be better.

Great video quality from this 4K DVD player. Built in wifi plus streaming make this the perfect player for your tv.

Great player for either Blu-ray or 4K HDR discs. Only downfall is that the apps will not stream HDR content, for that you need the 9500 however I have a Roku Ultimate with HDR and Dolby Atmos decoding so it was not relevant.
