I spoke with a Samsung Customer Service rep about this and was told that the speakers can only be 10 feet apart. I was going to mount them on opposite walls that are 20 feet apart, so I returned them. In my opinion they should come with TWO power supplies; frankly I can’t see how they could be mounted on two opposite walls no matter how close together.

I know they are rear speakera but would lile it better if the sound was louder. Bought as an open box item-no issues. Descripti9n should also say speaker wire is included.

When I purchased these I didn't see the 9500s/za speakers I don't know if they sound better but I'm totally satisfied with what I have

Each wireless rear speaker kit has it's own soundbar that is it compatible with, so not all soundbars are compatible with all rear speakers.

Frequently disconnecting

Please know, the maximum wireless signal distance between the soundbar and rear speakers is about 33 feet. If there is a wall between the soundbar and the transmitter module, it may cause interference or the sound may not work at all, depending on the material in the wall. Finally, if a device that uses the same wireless frequency, such as a Wi-Fi router, is near the soundbar, interference may cause some sound interruption.
Please also make sure your soundbar is updated to the latest firmware version featuring the latest connection improvements. Should you continue to experience issues with the sound occasionally dropping, you may want to try reconnecting the speakers manually; this will reset the connection.

I am happy that you had an easy setup with your soundbar.
Pressing the CH LEVEL button on your soundbar remote until you see REAR LEVEL. You can adjust the volume using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote between -6 and +6.
