      If you ever need to adjust the rears, press the CH LEVEL button on your provided soundbar remote. Then select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

    Did not work out of the box and with every troubleshooting step I could find online with a soundbar it confirms on Samsung's website as compatible.

    These Speakers were advertised as wireless. They have to be connected to a sound bar via wire so that means these are really not wireless

      I am sorry to hear that there is a bit of confusion regarding the speaker wire included in the box. The rear speakers are in fact wireless to the soundbar. You will use the included speaker wire to connect each speaker together. This will allow you to have one only speaker connected to the wall for power, and the speaker cable is roughly 19 feet long.

      The rear speakers are then wirelessly connected to the soundbar itself, so you will never have cables running across the room between the unit and rear speakers.

      Please know, there are various settings you can adjust to improve your experience with the rear speakers.

      You can adjust the volume of the rear speakers by using the remote included with the connected soundbar. Press the CH LEVEL button on the soundbar remote, then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

      Additionally, make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If you are using a format such as PCM, you may experience decreased volume to the rear speakers.

      Occasionally, customers have trouble hiding and running speaker wires from the front of the room (where their soundbar is) to the back of their room (where they have their rear speakers). The Rear Speaker Kit eliminates that hassle. Connect the rear speakers to each other using the single provided speaker cable. You will also only need to use one power cord between both rear speakers. The “wireless” convenience is in connecting your soundbar and any other speakers at the front of the room to the rear speakers – this can now be done via Wi-Fi through the wireless module that is built in to one of the rear speakers, eliminating any clutter of long wires running the length of your room.

      When you are connecting both rear speakers using the provided speaker cable. Make sure that you are not pushing the cables too far in to the connection ports. The clips should be making full contact with the exposed speaker wire. If it is not then there can be connection issues and noise from the speakers when in use.

    My experience hopefully is totally different from yours. This “kit” was supposed to have other parts with it but all I received is 2 speakers. I’m sorry but I’m returning it, and another thing is this kit needs a compatible Samsung sound bar, of which, I don’t have.

      They do require select 2022 Samsung Soundbars to connect with as this are rear speakers and not stand alone bluetooth speakers.

      The SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit comes with two rear speakers, power cord, remote and a speaker wire to connect the two together. This model does not require the wireless central transmitter like previous models. That has been built into one of the speakers for a cleaner look and design.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback on the new SWA-9200S Wireless Rear Speaker Kit. I am sorry to see that you are not 100% satisfied.

      By design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, the surround channels are mostly used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.

      However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:

      1) Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) sends surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not capable of the surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
      2) If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote.
      3) Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the CH LEVEL button on the Soundbar remote control. Press the button on the soundbar remote, then select REAR LEVEL and use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range.

    Bad open box product

    Product didn't work as expected , left speaker stop working. Product was send back for a repair , almost a month later I was told that the unit is discontinued and I have to take the unit to a different store because Was closing.

      Some troubleshooting steps to try would be.

      If the LED light is solid blue, the rear speakers are connected to your soundbar.
      If the LED light is blinking blue, the module is in standby status:
      • Check to see if your soundbar is turned on
      • Turn off the soundbar by pressing the power button on the main soundbar unit. Configure "ID SET" using the soundbar's remote control, then turn the soundbar back on.
      If the LED light is red, the connection attempt failed.
      • Check to see if your soundbar is turned on
      • Press the ID SET button on the back of the wireless receiver module with a pen tip for 5-6 seconds until the LED indicator blinks blue
