A great SSD to help expand my storage space. It always feels like I'm running out of storage space, so this portable drive is an immense convenience to store photos and videos!

My laptop only had one SSD drive. The external SSD drive is faster than the second internal hard drive some computers I’ve owned had. Works quite well to store old pictures taken before the cloud was known by the average consumer.

It's a great little size to fit in your pocket or a laptop bag. Due to it's USB-C interface, it's fast, versatile to be used with the latest devices as well as backward compatible with the old ones. After experiencing this, will never use the 2.5" external drives.

I wasn't sure what to expect when buying this was mostly just looking for a decent external that would hold space and wasn't big in size, I got exactly what I was looking for with no strings attached I'd highly recommend this product

I purchased this to use as an external drive for the Xbox Series X. While of course not as fast as the internal drive, this does have great read/write speeds and works excellent with legacy games to free up internal storage. For those who want portable solution, it has a really small footprint and could easily slip in a pocket.

Have several other brands at this point. The Samsung is the only one i feel confident is not going to crash on me with valuable photos and video files on it. Its worth the premium to get the reliability.

I Like the new SSD drives. I know you can get the older style for 1/3 the price, but I carry mine around and I don't worry about a little bump know and then. They are flat & easy to carry in computer bag. Watch the prices, End of the year is a great time to buy. Note the "gen" numbers. They tell you the transfer speed (and thus the price range). 3.2 gen 2 is about the fastest right now. Give it a few months there will be a faster model (but for more money I expect). Be realistic about the speed you really need. Do you move 100gb in one setting? (That is about 100 normal size movies). If yes then go for the best speed. If not maybe save $40 on the slightly slower (but still amazing) model. I usually limit size to 1-TB. You can get up to 4TB, but that is a lot to lose if it ever does give you a problem. I have 10 of these 1TB models. T-5's and T-7's. USB 3.1 gen 1, thru USB 3.2 gen 2. They all work well so far.

Excellent storage device, very easy to set up and use.

After using this with my PS4 and PS5 for about a month now, I can say it works exactly how I hopped out would. I've seen reviews saying that it has temperature issues and consistently stops working but I have yet to run into those issues. It's a device I use daily and it is constantly being read from and written to. It's extremely fast as well. As fast as advertised.

Using as a drive to store all my Steam games since my main drive was running out of space. Its fast and efficent.
