This is a great external drive, bought it for my car to store footage while driving. I found no problems with it and it's sleek design is very useful since it does not take up a lot of space.

Samsung drive is slim, easy to use and i have purchased a good bit of them in the last couple of years for work. Comes with usb-a to usb-c and usb-c to usb-c cables. Good performance.

My third Samsung ssd purchase. I have a 500gb, 1tb and now this 2tb one and it works great and was easy to set up. It runs cool and quiet and one of the best on the market. Highly recommend

A very fast, compact and reliable external hard drive

Sometimes things can get too small, but this is perfect! 1 TB with fantastic transfer rate??? Yes! This is it. Got it on sale as well! No reason NOT to back up your files, keeping this thing near. The encryption works well too...or seems to. I'm no security expert but I have to log on to the drive even when the computer awakes from sleep and any time it is unplugged from the computer as well. Runs cool to the touch and while it is a lot thicker than a credit card it is about the same size of one. The blue is easy on the eyes yet also easy to find/keep your eyes on it. I do have obelisks that sit on my desk for back up and storage. This piece of hardware puts them to shame needing only USB-C power to operate. Simply amazing!

Bought it as a local drive for making image backups of my desktop PC. Very fast and so far very dependable.

Works great for all of my storage needs. Fits all of my ROMs for emulation needs and incredibly easy to work with large videos off of withut even transferring it to my drive. Extremely portable as well, very small.

If it would work, with my Android S22. I still have to right click on my files (copy) to transfer from one device to the external drive, mine doesnt have a fingerprint lock option as described its an SSD w/ 2 Terrabytes. When using C-C to transfer says not enough Spave to transfer files to, even after formatting. Idk guess its nkt like how youd transfer files back in the late 90's to early 2000's, haha, over all im still working on a resolve.

Best SSD on the market! I have two of these and they are so fast. They come with both USB and USBC connectors. I have that I run Windows 10 off of on BootCamp works like a charm. No matter how long I leave these ssd drives plugged in, they don't make a sound and don't even get warm. This drive tends to go on sale often. Highlighy recommended!

Purchased for backing up two PCs prior to upgrade to Windows 11. Fast, easy to use. Did not overheat during a large (450GB) write, despite what other reviewers have said.

Ordered this to store photos on. The read/write speed is amazing and doesn’t take up much space either. Added bonus is it comes with both USB-C to USB-C and USB-A to USB-C cables.

Well made, sturdy external drive. Very fast 3.2 data transfer if your computer has a lightening usb port or equivalent. Very Useful for cloning your hard drive or ssd drive for the ultimate backup.

Smaller than expected, which is great. Was initially undecided about which portable hard drive to purchase, but this one being SSD is biggest when transferring files from my GoPro to this one. It's just so much faster.

I purchased this for my new iMac using one of the USBC/Thunderbolt ports for connectivity. I'm using it as a IMovie and MAC Data drive in general and the speeds are as recommended. Bottle necks do not exist and offer a great expansion option for your IMAC without having to pay for high cost upgrades directly from Apple. I would highly reocmmend!

It is easy to use and is a big help in saving material that I do not want stored on my laptop.

Runs well ssd works great for gaming! Would recommend!
