You can't go wrong with the T7. It's very compact, fast, comes with both USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables and works great. It can get a little warm under prolonged read/right but other than that I don't see any fault with this mighty drive

Needed a quick and easy way to dump LOTS of videos into storage to give my phone more space. This was super easy plug and play and has ample space to hold everything and more for the future. Decently priced as well. Encryption is straight forward and a much appreciated feature. I also appreciate the compact size.

this little hard drive the transfer from mu computer was at 650mg per minute, i was able to store hundreds of movies on it and it hook right up to my Samsung 4k player with no problem

I love these drives, I have been using them for 2 years I have 3. Super fast and durable. I travel a lot and travel a lot, and they are perfect. You pay a bit more, but to the day I have had no issues with them.

This external SSD includes both USB-C and the older style USB connectors in the box. It is small and thin with a metallic shell. While not tested, it says it has a 2 meter drop distance. I would recommend this to others looking for an external SSD.

Small, fast and so far seems quite robust. Can get warm when writing to the SSD, but never hot.

I love this storage device! The size is very small and portable. Seems like a solid build, it has an aluminum shell. Samsung supplies two cables, one for usb c to usb c and the other from usb c to usb. Ready to plug and play with either connection. Plenty fast read and write speed.

Great solid state portable hard drive . I use it for storing photos and videos .with today’s cameras taking such high megapixel images, why eat up storage on your computer .

More power- faster downloads. Less bulky storage! Compact and efficient! Had to replace my external storage due loss of information. I don’t have much luck with standard externals which is unfortunate due to their immense portable space and convenience so given that I’ll be needing some reliable portable drives I decided to take a dip into the external SSD pool. 2 TB may not seem like a lot but I’ve got about 20 or so games installed (some between 30-100 GB apiece) and still have half of my space left. It runs as well as you would expect for SSD. I’m no expert, I don’t notice it run any faster or lower I just notice my laptop doesn’t lag like it does it with my external.

This allows the SSD to be used with PC, Mac, and Linux machines (formatted as FAT for compatibility), and with either of the USB formats. The read and write speeds reported by Samsung are accurate per my testing. Overall, a great purchase if you need an extra location to back up important data or to transfer files quickly between computers, especially when it's on sale.
