    Does what it's supposed to do. Any SSD will do but I sleep better at night with the "Samsung" brand slapped on it. Don't you? I have a 1TB old non-Shield version for my Xbox One and this "Shield" definitely makes it feel like it would survive a drop to the ground...or in the pool, Just don't bring it near water. You should be swimming and not trying to get work done.

    Fast enough and has hardware encryption. USB-C 10gbps connection, I get about 800-900 MB/s with encryption. Works on Mac or PC. Nothing beats Samsung for storage.
