Drive has surpassed my expectations as a Time Machine backup drive for my MacBook Pro. This is a critical business use device so robust backup is critical. Fast, both data transfer and time to mount and unmount. I used to wait for several minutes for my drive to unmount. The Samsung unmounts in a few seconds!

I was trying to upgrade from the traditional external hard drive, because of speed purposes. This SSD was the perfect thing to purchase based on my photography and videography projects. Best SSD I’ve owned. I’m a DJ with loads of files music/videos/karaoke & I Love the heavy duty feel/look. It doesn’t get hot like sandisk ssd and files transfer in minutes vs hard drives taking hours. Definately recommend.
