Damage much?

I recently bought this product online, though expensive, for the near future plans coming up. When this product arrived mailed in to my home address, I quickly opened the package as I was happy to see and check for a new product. It turns out, the package was damaged, looked chewed on and the adhesive tape (top and bottom) were opened :( I got worried. Optimistically, I still thought maybe its still a good product to keep and that it work fine. After almost two weeks, I have been seriously thinking about just going into a Best Buy store to replace it for a brand new undamaged package and brand new product. My suggestion to buyers out there, be on the lookout and if package is damaged, exhange it.

As soon as you connect the drive to the computer it lets you place your finger on the reader and ride away opens the program and unlocks the drive.
