    These are our go-to for editing and backing up video footage, usually filmed at 4K and up. The T9 series is extremely fast and reliable.

    Another great Samsung drive! Currently using for audio recording data transfer and backup for projects. Fast, depending of course on the connection and the other drive speed. Quality in a small package!! I have not recorded to or worked directly off of the T9 yet, but that's not far down the road, especially if I lighten the load by leaving the big rig at home and get a laptop that can handle recording a large channel count at Hi Def.

    As I said, as of March 24, 2024 we're all seeing the effects of a NAND flash shortage globally after Kioxia, Toshiba, SK Hynix, and other Japanese companies got hit with an earthquake and Western Digital shut down production lines. If you need a perfect external SSD with good water resistance, this is the only option as of now.
