Samsung 4K Player

The controls on the unit as well as the remote control are very simple! Just the way I like it. The movie drawer opens and closes fast compared to other blu ray players I once owned.

Best blu-ray player yet

Easy to hook up and adjust the settings, and paired with the tv, produces an amazing picture. Highly recommend purchasing this as it is the only true 4K blu-ray player available right now from Samsung.

Good 4K UHD player with one caveat
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a phenomenal product with one problem: playing triple-layer (100GB) UHDs can be an issue. A brand-new copy of Goodfellas wouldn't play, causing me to have to exchange the disc. Increasingly, there will be more and more 100GB discs (BvS is one, too), so it's something that needs to be fixed ASAP, hopefully with a simple firmware update.

Sonys felt excessively light and flimsy, this one is some what light as well, a but does not have the flimsy feel to it. Pairs up wonderfully with new 4k Samsung smart TV. Either unit can be controlled with either remote.

Up-scaling is really good. Also the remote is great and other features, like ARC, HDR and HDMI 2.1make this player future-proof!!
