With the exception of one major issue, the player has performed fantastic. We enjoyed watching Netflix and other programming. BD and DVD upscaled beautifully. What doesn't work? The 4K movies that were to be played. I have spent every day since I got it adjusting the settings, changing out the high speed HDMI cables three times, and spoken with both Vizio and Samsung tech support over this issue. No one has an answer. It's maddening to say the least and I won't be keeping the player. :(

The apps wouldn't work and I finally stopped using it. I decided to upgrade and I am so glad I did. No issues running and discs and the apps work wonderfully.

No crashes or anything destructive has happened to it. I love that I can adjust the volume with the players remote instead of the TV remote

Also no screen to see anything going on with the player, I'd wait for Panasonic or LG

I honestly don't see a difference in quality. It is a lot of money for this product. I have not had any problems with it though. It does run great and has no problems. Easy to use remote control.

Was not going to use untill I found was able to down convert 4K bddvd to 1080 there for able to use atmos when not avail on reg blu Ray. One of the many great features on this player
