The menu is user friendly and the visual quality is good. The remote is pretty slim and the button layout could be better. Installing the included battery took a while since it'll tend to pop out of place when you try to close the cover but using a coin does the trick. The packaging of the blu-ray is above average.

I really wanted to see what my OLED could do so I purchase this while I was waiting for the Xbox One S. Great Colors smooth menu and I'm a 60fps junky so I got all the motion flow I was looking for.

Expected a lot more. Have a 75" 4k Sony and just bought a new Denon 4k receiver. Purchased first 4k dvd expecting way more than I got. Sound quality was better but video was not much better than bluray.

My TV of 15 years just died and I figured...What the heck lets upgrade everything. $k Ultra HD TV, Sonos Sound Bar and Sub, 2 Sonos Play 1 rear speakers and a 4k Blu-ray player. The only reason for 4 stars is not a lot of 4k content currently available.

Every time a new BluRay is played it glitches and takes a while to boot up.

So far it works good. Have only watched one movie.

Very high definition Blue Ray player that has met our expectations

Don't know if the oled tv had anything to do with it but in any case the 3D movie looked outstanding. Even my wife was impressed with the 3D experience and she's one tough person to impress.

I upgraded to this unit so far so good. Samsung has another winner.

played 4K discs,but it froze 2x in the first day of ownership (it went back the 2nd day).This is also last years model,the build quality is very sub par for the price,it never did connect to my wifi,the remote takes a watch type battery and wasnt real user friendly. When i returned it i upgraded to this years model by another brand that starts w/S-now this is a quality player-and it matches my TV and 7.2 receiver-physically compare the 2 and then pick each one up-im not reviewing my new 1 so i will stop here-i think youve probably gotten my point lol

The Deck is very simple to use just plug in the HDMI cable and you are ready to watch all your DVDs 4K, Blue Ray, 3D and regular formats. When DVD is finished playing turn the deck off and you are back to the regular programing on the TV.

I have used this a few times since recently purchased, no complaints. The unit has good apps preloaded, they work well and CD 's sound good. I like the fast loading time. I did not give it 5 stars since I am not comparing it to another unit.

i would recommend to anyone, and i would buy it again. Samsung has it going on!

This is an excellent addition but the one problem was the installation. I had to go back to install for them. The very first movie they watched and I was receiving calls of the quality of the movie. I would have given it a five but like I said "I had to install", but age easier installation would help.

My UHD disc library: Sicario The Martian San Andreas Deadpool Mad Max Fury Road MY SETUP: Integra 70.4 receiver K-8500 Sony VPL-VW600ES The only disk that plays without reporting a problem with HDCP is Sicario. All other discs report that they will not play HDCP because of some HDCP 2.2 error. The only solution is to remove the receiver. I tried everything including Black Platinum HDMI cable(s). HDCP & UHD are not ready for prime time. Save your money. Finally the apps are sequenced the way that Samsung wants them on the quick bar and you cannot move them. I don't ever use YouTube and I can't move it away to replace it with Amazon Prime Video.

REfuse to buy X-Box ever again. My account got hacked and when I reported that the hacker stole 200 bucks from me Microsoft quickly apologized and deleted my account and refused to reimburse me for all my previous legitimate purchases.
