There's a lot of friends fumbling around to move from DVD player back to TV. Actual picture quality is the same as the SONY blue ray player I had that up-converts to higher resolution.

It works fine although I don't use the smart features like apps. Still prefer my Sony 4k upscaling Blu ray player.

great 4k UHD player for the money
