The picture quality is amazing and the WiFi works well. My only complaint (like many before me) is the terrible remote. It has far too many buttons crammed into a tiny space. Entering my Netflix password took 6+ attempts since I would often hit the wrong button and or be prompted to cancel my attempt. I am very happy with the hardware, but the remote needs some serious work especially if you are paying for a premium product.

Terrible Remote

Has to be pointed dead on to have any hope of actually using it. Very surprising given the good performance of the Blueray Player itself. I would not recommend buying this until they change the cheapo remote.
