    The Samsung player is overall good quality. I rated it 4 stars because some of the functions like loading Apps are not very easy to do.

    My player expired after 1-yr factory warranty ran out. Unit well cared for; had hardly been used. Won't load disk. Won't respond to commands. Only displays vertical lines. My research indicates many others have had similar issues. I'll give it 1 star for the fact that it worked when it came out of the box. Based on other customer experiences I've read, I'm not wasting any of my time with Samsung customer service.

    Doesn't process Dolby Altmos but a good player non the less. Would recommend if you were not wanting Atmos. i went with an Oppo instead.

    This machine plays most Blu rays but not all 3d Blu rays. I ended up returning when my PlayStation 3 played a 3d disc that this player could not. The remote control is too small and not very good. Going to try the Phillips player.
