    First good part, the picture and sound quality are pretty awesome which is as expected. There is very good improvement even on the streaming services like netflix, amazon etc. Amazon video takes about 30 seconds to display HD quality as it buffers until then. But I would like to highlight the negative part. I use VUDU a lot. But this player has issues connecting to VUDU. Contacted both VUDU and Samsung for this. No solution found yet. VUDU was fine on my previous Samsung bluray player. Coming to the remote, I agree with the first reviewer. It is small and always end up pressing unwanted keys. Not only that, it has to pointed almost direct to the player which is very bad. Other Samsung players remotes were much better. This player needs kind of line of sight to work. Otherwise, it is a pretty awesome player
